Four Points by Sheraton Munich Messe

It was very clean and neat. We felt very safe, and comfortable.

A four-star hotel should have had, a restaurant serving dinner, and room service. It should have had at least two towels per person per room. There should have been washcloths. There should have been a pot or pan for the stove.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms.

Poor service, unfriendly receptionist.

Privet parking Rate , very expensive

Room cleaning need to improve , still have an issue with the bill I received in hotel and amount charges in my bank is not same . And shower panel in bathroom is not standered .

All good, clean and spacious room. Friendly staff, good breakfast with big selection. Location very close to the motorway. Enough free parking places around the hotel.Very good price.

Breakfast, spacious room, ok location if you have a car.

Parking too expensive. Shower not working properly. One large blanket for two people. Bedside tables kind a behind the bed and too low, which was a bit inconvenient.

Every thing was excellent, breakfast buffet, reception, very clean (clean everyday and change towels also)10 minute walk to the train station, bus stop just 5 minutes bit far from the centre but easier to get every where. Who likes carm and quiet place its perfect

Free parking right in front the hotel

The room has a glass shower. With family it wasn't convenient.The door lock malfunction.

The breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The room was well-sized and clean, and it had all necessary amenities. The train to the city is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel, but there is a bus that goes to the train station near the hotel as well, if you time it right. The train to Marienplatz is only around 15 minutes, so it’s very quick. Overall, a great stay!

Breakfast was good and staff was helpful and nice. Free parking is available near the hotel.

Bed is small for two person. Please give two blankets if two people stay in the room. Also bed mattress or quality is strange, when one person moves in the bed it is uncomfortable for other person, feels like trampoline. Another problem is glass shower room in the middle of the room, please at least put some kind of opaque film on the glass. Garage parking is too expensive.

Breakfast was really good and the staff are so nicei would say it s a 10 when you are with a car and not taking the bus or train

Odd location, poor outside signage, strange hotel configuration and definitely not up to Marriott standards. It was clearly owned by somebody else before and needs a major refurb.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. Air con in roomDidn’t work. We were supposed to have a free mini bar as advertised but only a bottle of water.

Breakfast had an omelet bar.

The whole experience: they lost the bookings between the hotel transfers, the room was very worn out, the shower (in the middle of the room) was damaged, they only supply prepaid breakfast, you are in the middle of a mostly abandoned office park where trucks park over night. For a Marriot, this falls well below their quality level- and it's still priced as a marriot.
