Easy location to S-Line and exhibition center

Rooms were not completely cleaned - the coffee cups that were used were never cleaned or replaced with clean cups all the time I stayed./

Very clean. Spacious. Excellent breakfast. Lots of hot water. Beds were very comfortable.

I was very pleased to see 24/7 reception. We arrived quite late in the night but still our check in was extremely smooth. The property was responsive over email - was very happy to see that our request for having both rooms next to each other was honoured. Rooms were very clean. Having a cooktop, kettle, microwave and other cutlery made it very convenient to cook some light meals. Ample parking spaces just outside the property so that was very handy too. I will highly recommend this place.

There is nothing much nearby at a walking distance. So get whatever you need in advance. Reception is 24/7 but not room service. There are a few ready to eat items, chocolates and chips etc available in their kiosk but options are limited.

Location, friendly staff

We were bothered by the smell of sweat in the lobby due to some of the exercise equipment being exposed to the public. It was so bad that someone was exercising briefly and then walking around the lobby, smelling strongly of sweat. Please look into this matter.

We had a great stay — the staff was amazing, super friendly, and always helpful. The hotel offers convenient amenities like laundry service, a good breakfast, and a large parking area. Our room even had a dishwasher, which was a nice touch. The place was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. Overall, good value for money.

They definitely need to fix the socket issues (they regularly trip even from the kettle or the stove). The parking tickets work only occasionally, and I had to run back and forth to replace them, leaving the car on the street. Other than that, everything was excellent.

We traveled to Munich during Octoberfest so everything was booked or too expensive close by. We chose this hotel because it is a 10min walk to the trains that take you everywhere. Old Town and Octoberfest was only about 15 mins away with the train system. This hotel is in a nice neighborhood with grocery/liquor stores close by. There is also a horse track with a golf course in the middle of it, something we'd never seen before. The room was a decent size and had a mini kitchen. We opted not to pay for the breakfast as we thought it a bit too expensive, but with the kitchen we had our own.

We thought the breakfast was a bit too expensive so we didn't purchase it. It is nice that you have that option. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location is located just a short walk from an S-Bahn station. It is located in a quiet business park. There is a grocery store just a 10 minute walk away. The room was larger than expected. The kitchenette had numerous pots, pans, and utensils. There was an iron and an ironing board in the lobby. There were three washers and three dryers in the lobby area. The breakfast had a good selection of coffee.

Check in was done on a screen at the registration desk. Most everyone checking in had trouble with the pre payments being recognized by the check in computer. I was advised that the maid service would be every 4th day. In ten days, the maid never cleaned the room, changed the towels or changed the bed sheets. I had to ask for towels every few days from the front desk. The breakfast buffet had limited seating.

The room had great facilties including microwave and sink. There was a decent bar which had a nice buzz from all the Oktoberfest people and there were games, treadmills all down in reception so very social if you want that.

I may have got unlucky but the thin walls did not help, whoever was staying in the room next to the bed played music late at night until 1:30am, I was able to very clearly hear them use the hair dryer and microwave. This meant I did not get a decent night sleep for my early start. I banged on the wall several times to no avail and there was no phone in the room to reception to lodge a complaint.

The room is modern and clean.The location is nearby S-Bahn station "Riem".The process of check in and out was very quick.

Maybe the breakfast could have more varieties .. other than that everything was great.

Well set up rooms, good wi-fi and a decent breakfast. A Rewe, DM and Lidl are close by.

Breakfast is not very allergy friendly. There are no gluten free bread or cereal options

Very helpful front desk staff, the breakfast was good and easy, and the rooms super clean and quiet.

the location is a bit out there, and most resturants are 20 minute walk, and the train station is 10-15 mintutes walk and not the best pathway to be taking all your luggage. but it is accessible and can be done, my family and I did it.

We had a comfortable stay. The room is clean and quiet, the staff is helpful, and the wifi works well. I like that it is a short walk to a train station, and the laundry area downstairs is very convenient.

Our room was never serviced (towels changed, room tidied), I'm not sure why. We were there for 3 nights. Also the room doesn't have an iron, which would have been helpful.

The place is great! the infrastructure is new, the rooms are clean and really nice! the have a FRIDGE that is not common in other hotels. It was a great experience overall.

There were a few restaurants near the place so we had to trave by train to get to places to eat, shop and do other stuff, but the place is near a train station so it is not that bad.

The beds are a bit too small for double beds. Also, the AC was not working well throughout the night. The pillows were a nightmare

Its just a great concept and amenities great. Rooms, beds are very confi. Transportation also very good. Its a great Price/Value. I hope it stays like that...

Good accommodation in an easily accessible location, especially if you are coming to Munich from the east.

The rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave, but there is no other kitchen equipment, including cutlery or plates. The variety of breakfast could also be improved.

Nice, clean hotel with decent facilities for the price.

The walls are paper thin, forget getting a good night's sleep if you did not bring your earplugs.

Clean and close to the Messe. Suitable for leisure and business. Friendly staff. 25 Mbps Network is quite stable for video streaming.

We did not have breakfast, location is a bit far from the train station, but not too far, so basically it is a very good place to stay.

rooms are quite small, but they do the job for a few days trip.
