Great view, nice amenities, nice staff

Room on the small side

No breakfast taken but location inside and out very good

Food and wine very expensive

The hotel was very tastefully decorated, the rooms spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good but a little expensive (this is high season in a resort area).

Location was good. Nice balcony designed to provide sea views.

The bathroom was a wet room but the shower drain did not work very well and it took hours for the water to drain away. No milk provided for coffee in the room which should be provided in this price range.

Proximity to the sea was wonderful to wake up to

There seemed to be a rigid schedule accessing the spa with one particular member of staff but thankfully the guy on reception helped and we were allowed in! Also the billing system for drinks etc seemed a bit dated - so checking out was a bit chaotic

Then location could not have been better, the room and its facilities were good and the breakfast was also very good. Parking facilities were secure and easy to access.

We arrived 30 minutes early after a 5 hour journey and were told everywhere was closed, including the bar and we could not book in until 4.00pm. We asked for tea and were sent to a local cafe that was a sister organisation to the hotel, where we were told it was closed - nothing was available. A very poor reception. The same member of staff remained surly throughout our stay. All other staff members were very helpful. The weather was poor and as a result the outside furniture blow around with umbrellas falling and cushions ending in the pool - it was three hours before these were removed.

Pool outside the front door, overlooked by the road. Breakfast €24 per person. Car parking €25 per night ( was free overnight outside on the road). Requested maintenance repair broken light in room, nothing happened. Requested broken glass on ( green algae /mossy) balcony be repaired nothing happened. No wifi at all during two night/ two day stay( broken, desolee!) Could do with a clean or paint outside.

Location was perfect

The pool was cold and the children couldn’t stay in for more than twenty minutes, it also took us thirty minutes to check out due to faulty payment device!

Good location and handy for the restaurants.

Paying €19.73 for two small beers.Having to pay additional for parking.And feeling like a criminal when having €150 taken from my bank account in case we broke anything.

Location, swimming pool, secure parking & views over the beach.

The breakfast was good and the location good.

We had a problem with booking. For some reason my brother-in-law, who made the booking hot charged double for my reservation. The desk staff were not able to help him. So he and my sister ended up with two rooms!! They had trouble with both rooms, the tv didn't work and staff could not fix it. There were other problems which I don't remember. My room was fine. I just don't understand why the staff could not do something to help him. He told me not to worry about it and ruin our trip, but I did feel really bad about it.

Great location on the seafront at Carnac, lovely sea view from 3rd floor, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good parking to rear for campervan.

Wonderful location, beautiful room, friendly staff who was very accommodating of a few different requests we had.

I couldn’t figure out how to lock the door to the balcony (important with a toddler :) but that could also me being incompetent!

Sleeping windows open with the sound of the sea … priceless!!! Kindness of the entire staff, amazing !!super clean and cozy

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful with our limited French, they spoke English and were very patient with us.

The sheer curtain in our room was off the hooks and looked very tacky.The breakfast was not good value with the coffee cold and poorly cooked eggs.

Booked a courtyard view and got a sea view which was a very positive surprise. The location is right on the beach and close to everything in the town. It definitely lived up to expectations.

Did not have breakfast I liked the staff and being close to my room Massage ands staff van massage were excellent
