Hôtel Édenia - Spa Estime&Sens

Breakfast costs extra but very good, lots of choice. Hotel room very lovely with amazing seaview and balcony. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Ate dinner in the hotel both nights. Hotel lift very useful for my husband. Tourist advice also very helpful, tourist train and Sunday market.

Parking at the hotel was very expensive. Found free parking elsewhere. Otherwise a perfect 2 day stay.

Nice to be on the beach.

Booking said there was parking but not that it was an extra 20 Euros a day. Spa was not open at times that worked for me.

We had a few issue with connecting to the Wifi.

We had a great stay! The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to drop our bags off early before our check in time. Our room had a wonderful view of the water across the street and everything was clean and comfortable. After a week of traveling and being active, we really enjoyed the spa facilities. If we're ever back in Carnac, we will definitely return to Hôtel Édenia.

We had the room with a terrace at the side and it was a lovely view of the sea.

It was noisy on the beach until about 4am.

The view on the beach, you can make use of the wellness without reservation, from within the sauna/jacuzzi you have a view on the beach

For a young couple, this would have been ideal. For a 70+ couple, it was wonderful during the day but extremely loud on Friday and Saturday nights. Sleeping was difficult.

The hotel accommodations were great, just not well suited for older folks who like their rest.

The hotel is perfectly situated at the beach, the corner room with the sea view was beautiful.

Teenagers were shouting on the promenade until 1 am but that was not hotel's fault.

Your staff were excellent, in particular your reception staff were lovely, one lady always smiled and spoke in a very gentile manner, she was lovely. A credit to your establishment

We had a very nice room with a terrace and a wonderful view of the beach. Private car park and lots of shops and restaurants close by.

Location was brilliant

Smelt constantly of fish throughout and the cleanliness needs attention. The rooms always had something wrong… no toilet roll, ants, sand on the floor (I.e. no vacuum), dirty cups left from night before…. Easy to resolve but housekeeping needs attention.

Our 1st night was in a specially requested "quiet "room not facing the beach front. Unfortunately multiple problems with bath, shower toilet etc all in poor condition..We were thetefore upgraded to an excellent room with view on the top.floor. A complementary breakfast would have been nice too, but guess you cant have everything. Rest of stay very pleasant . Breakfasts overpriced though..Spa ok ..water in Jacuzzi could be warmer..Overall a nice place to stay but needs some repairs!!

The room was beautiful, comfortable and very large by French standards. The staff and location were great.
