Nice big room with a comfortable bed, good breakfast
Almost no water pressure in the morning and also no hot water. You can hear other people taking a shower. The price is definitely higher than I expected for Brno

We spent one night at Hotel Passage on our way back home from vacation and we were extremely satisfied. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for two double beds, which was important for us as we were traveling with small children.There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved immediately and without any hassle – we were moved to another room right away. The gentlemen at the reception were exceptionally friendly, very helpful, and spoke excellent English.Cleanliness was definitely a plus, as well as the spacious bathtub, which our daughters absolutely loved. We also want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast – there was something for everyone. Our 1.5-year-old daughter enjoyed the porridge, while the older one loved the sausages and fresh bread. Adults also had a wide selection of dishes, coffee, and juices.We highly recommend a stay at Hotel Passage!

We arrived back at the hotel late each day and found the bar closed at 20:00 so were unable to enjoy any food and drink in the evening.

We even had a bathtub in one of the rooms which is not common for a standard hotel room. We booked two rooms that were in an isolated “block/cell” with extra door, perfect for a family stay.

The manager was capable of salving the issue, though the rest of the staff do not speak English very well and it actually caused misunderstanding.
