Hotel for Families with kids, a lot of opportunities for them to play and feel amazed. Parents and kids have connected rooms and they didn't forget about kids slippers, bathrobe and amenities. For the kids there is available ice-cream, popcorn, candies - what they always want :)

Pretty crowdy on christmas holidays and pool area too small for such a large hotel - got a conveyor feeling. Strange that when You want to visit SPA (in bathrobe) you must go past hotel main entrance.

Location near the lake was good, room clean and comfortable. Wellness facilities were included in the price of the room. Breakfast rich and tasty, very helpful staff. Also, great that there’s a restaurant on the 2nd floor and we had our room on the same floor. So, you can take food to eat in the room when you have a dog. There were also tables outside the restaurant so dog owners were sitting there during breakfast, very convenient. Extremely kid friendly - there were play and game room. The fox or it was actually vixen - very nice touch for younger children.

Polite staff, especially the girl at the reception, spa area, availability of everything necessary in the room, location.

I had a Thai massage and foot massage and cannot faulted in anyway. I regularly take massages and this one is on the top of the list. Great facilities….

Food was very medium to what you pay for… there is a pub & restaurant just walk down the stairs from the hotel just by the lake and the food is amazing! Highly recommend!!

Wellness and restaurant sometimes got crowded.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff was exellent. They promptly changed our room which was close to the elevator and a little noisy. Food was very good.

Sauna had only a very small quiet room close to the gym. The main one is outside, which in winter is not so comfortable.

Lourdes the masseuse was amazing. I had a shoulder pain for months and a 20 minute massage with her basically cured me. I'll definitely be coming again to her. In general the rooms, spa, and kids corner was clean and comfortable.

We found a lot of the common areas like the buffet and pool to be very crowded and noisy. Maybe in the spring and summer when you can sit outside the experience will be better.

Location, clean room, free and strong wifi.I specially liked the desk where you can make free sandwich for eating later during the day, located when you are leaving the restaurant.Some people are really utilizing this opportunity to feed their families.

Welness is very small, bellow the capacity of the hotel, lower temperature of the pool. Looks like hotel is playing the game to tick the box there is a welness, but may be my personal opinion. Also, I know other hotels to enjoy real welness, could survive without it here.Breakfast room full of visitors in peak moments, no free table to eat, had to wait, lack of supply, when some food is running out.

Excellent stuff, more than excellent breakfast- we did not experienced such various breakfast with such big choice in any other hotel, Spa was nice with good working hours , room was nice, big and clean. All was just perfect. Charging station for E-cars was at entrance. Excellent.

Wonderfully peaceful location, rooms quite small but we had everything we needed. A beautiful pool and a kids’ zone. A surprisingly good restaurant and very nice waiters too. I would certainly recommend!

Marketed as very kid-friendly, needs to have more support for parents with kids who would like child care. Massages were excellent but it was hard to truly relax.

Stayed for a few days and were more than impressed. The room was spotless and cozy, with all the little details thought through: a comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and quality toiletries. Staff were kind and attentive—quick check-in and great local tips. Breakfast was tasty and varied, always replenished. The location is excellent: everything you need within walking distance, with easy access to transport and cafes. Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Fantastic value for money.Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. We’ll happily return and highly recommend this hotel!
