Nice design, specially at the lobby and junior suite.The restaurant has really tasty food at reasonable prices.

Room gets too hot in winter and it’s hard to decrease the temperature

Hotel is nice and clean with very cosy atmosphere. I must say that it has the most comfy beds from all the hotels I have ever been so far.

Stayed for one night, cozy room - had everything needed (exceeded my expectations). Also, a good breakfast with plenty of choices. Overall, great experience.

TV does not work in some rooms, we wasted half an hour trying to run it. No signal = no result. Sauna in the basement is nearly perfect, only some pipes around making some strange noise

Hotel design is beautiful, staff is very helpful. Breakfast is excellent( with a lot of nuts, fruits and deserts,), nice lobby to sit and have a drink or a desert.

Absolutely cozy hotel near the Expo. Easy to reach from the highways. Spacious room, well equipped, clean and maintained. Parking options are in front (street) and behind the building with gate locked at night. Small restaurant with Czech traditional cuisine. Online assistant for check-in simplify the process before you arrive.

Not much I could think of. Keep the sustainable level please!

Small parking does not accommodate many cars, We had to park on the street.

The bed was soooo comfortable - really dense bamboo so like memory foam but not as squishy or hot. Best hotel bed I’ve slept on in ages! The breakfast is included which is great and there was always a great selection of food available to suit most diets (including a small gluten-free section/alternative milk etc.). Staff are all very friendly and the hotel is clean with modern decor.

Was a bit annoying that they didn’t store milk/yoghurt/kefir in a mini fridge for breakfast - I didn’t want to risk having any and getting ill because they’d been sat out by a sunny window. It is a bit of a walk into town but the weather was good whilst I was there so not a problem, but there isn’t a lot to do nearby so definitely think that through if you’re not a fan of walking like me.

The staff of the hotel is excelent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free options which I appreciate very much as a gluten intolerant person. I also enjoyed the location. Close to the city centre and also to the nature and hiking/cycling trails on the other side of the river.

I would prefer more soundproof room. I could hear people in the next room talking late to the night.

Close to the exhibition centre Safe area, police station 200 m away. Personal is helpful

It was a great hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There are some toiletries in the bathroom, what you can use. There was a wide selection at breakfast, for example gluten-free foods. Everything was delicious. The staff was kind.

The place was neat and the staff was very kind. We had excellent dinner and breakfast at the hotel.
