Staff was amazing.Also we loved location near to Planetarium.And there was bidet in the bathroom.

There could be kettle in the room and TV with internet so one can watch Netflix etc.

Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were very welcoming.

The hotel is modern and designed with taste. Very clean and generally comfortable. Exquisite breakfasts.

Unfortunately, the rooms are poorly sound-isolated. You can hear the guest from the adjacent room sneezing or snoring. Random sounds from the building (water dripping, elevator running) resound in the room. In case of a concert, which happens often in the music hall nearby, that becomes a problem. That's a pity given all the excellent qualities of this place.

The best breakfast we’ve had in a while. Rooms were quiet and ours was quite big but we had a wheelchair-accessible room too. Nice location and the view from the elevator was our child’s favourite!

room was very stuffy and you couldn't open any windows.Room was small for a 3 person room.Carpet looked old and looked as though it needed a clean.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room (and the bathroom) was huge, clean, and very comfortable, with a nice view from the window. Parking was convenient, even if a bit tight. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from.

The coffee at breakfast could be better, that’s the only small thing I’d improve.

The breakfast was good and the rooms where clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel so that was great.

Loud noise at night when sleeping. Its a music hotel so there is a music club that plays extremely loud music so the hotel was very very noisy. There were no Englsih channels on the TVNot a hotel for children.

Cozy and clean room with comfortable bed and great bathroom. The view from room window and glass lift was really nice. There’s secure paid underground parking.
