    • You don't stay here for the quality of the room. You stay here for the experience. It was worth it for that. Excellent location
    • Fantastic staff, incredibly friendly, the service and stay exceeded our expectations. We also really enjoyed the free guided tour. It's a shelter, so the environment was shelter-like; we thought we'd packed enough clothes to keep warm, but still somehow ended up feeling cold, which was promptly solved by the night guard fetching us some blankets. 10/10 will stay here again.
    • Staying at 10-Z Bunker is literally a night at the museum! Staying here is an experience and a must do for anyone who appreciates history or doing unique activities during travel. Staying here not only comes with accommodation, but also includes entry to a self-guided tour of the Bunker. Breakfast at the bunker is also a special experience - the food on the breakfast menu is prepared with care so that the meal is reflective of the kinds of food the people of Czechoslovakia used to eat during the Cold War. The room I booked came with a comfortable bed, an extra blanket, and easy access to clean showers. The Bunker is conveniently located close to the several of Old Brno's main attractions (the castle, several churches, the clock....) and there are several good restaurants nearby.

    Cons -

    • You're underground. It's chilly. No heaters. Wish the staff had directed me to better parking rather than one that charged an hourly rate.
    • No dislikes. To be fair, the beds at this property are old, which some people like myself will enjoy, and others might not, but it is all a part of the experience. Staying here is worth it, even if for only just one night!
    • Maybe the room was a little bit cold/ chilled.

It was okay, as I looked forward to having a place to rest before my night's shift. The cleaning staff do a good job too and the receptionst were super friendly and helpful.

Maybe the room was a little bit cold/ chilled.

People there are really helpful and cool. Wouldn't have minded staying there longer just to chat with them. The location is great, and the place is surprisingly comfortable for a bunker. Already know where to go in case of a catastrophic event.

I recommend if you want to live the experience. It's a bunker so don't go expecting a 5 stars hotel. My experience was really good, the staff is nice, breakfast is really good. It's cold so bring adequate clothes also in summer. The sleeping sack they provide is heavy so it keeps you warm at night. Wifi worked good in the room. The water in the shower was hot. They allowed to leave my luggage after check out which was really helpful. You can also attend a free tour of the bunker which I sadly didn't have time to do. I'd definitely recommend the experience

Well, I did book this place for the experience and boy did I get it! Real beds and a sleeping back with real relics from the bunker. I was impressed by that. Though I didn’t expect it to be that cold and shared showers very minimal. It was so cold I slept with trousers and thermals on, full winter coat inside the sleeping bag they gave me on the metal bed frame. Though, to be fair, this was the real bunker experience!!! Even the staff was a bit rough, lol. There was a nice, minimal breakfast. My suggestion: Just “visit” this Bunker museum, as you don’t need to spend the night here. I found a nice hotel across the street for the same price.

Too cold in August! lol. And, dark, which is to be expected. I would just visit this landmark next time.

Cold in the summer. Good Ventilation for a bunker.

Small pillows. Hard to climb beds

Very quiet. Great Wi-Fi. Free museum tour.

The door to the bathroom squeaked horribly so anytime somebody used it. It echoed up and down the hallway. The rooms are a little chilly, but that’s what you get when you stay in a bunker underground.

It was an authentic experience built into a museum. The beds were comfortable enough and there was plenty of seating area in our room.

There was a mildewy moldy smell in much of the bunker, particularly the bathrooms which had no drains on the floor and foul looking pipes, and I started having symptoms of mold exposure (coughing, a dried nose, and a gnarly headache) by the morning of night two. The first day the sink was broken and making a giant puddle of water on the floor and splashing me from the bottom every time I tried to use it. As aforementioned, there weren’t drains, so I’m sure this pool of water just added to the issues with mildew. The shower was atrocious and ice cold so my friend and I just kind of stunk for two days taking towel baths. Our room had a massive window on the door which you could easily see through, and our room was right near the bathrooms and entrance to the housing unit where everyone walks by. This made us uncomfortable, especially because our door was the ONLY one like this and we are two young ladies. The front desk was able to give us some paper and tape to cover it up, but before helping made the comment of “well you signed up to stay in a bunker.” This is true and I enjoyed the net experience, but safety concerns such as mold, a see-through door, and only one of the two bathroom stalls having a lock (the other barely functional, i frequently used my foot to hold the door shut) made the experience stressful. It was clearly made to be an “authentic” experience, but not advertised that way. Thought it was fun and cool enough until the mildewy smell really started effecting me, then I was just ready to go.

Kind of a difficult review because this place is an accommodation for the experience rather than a comfy hotel stay. Easy check-in and staff was friendly. However, the cots where not exactly comfortable for a good night sleep and no outlets in the room. Again, this was all expected due to a rare opportunity to stay in a historic bunker.

Such an amazing experience to sleep on this slice of history! So unique! The staff are amazing.

It's chilly and the mattresses are not very comfortable, but with the sleeping bags provided I was warm and slept well. Bring slippers and sweaters! No outlets in my room.

Really cool experience and the staff were great! I loved the decor as well.

The shared showers weren’t very private, but it wasn’t too busy, so I found a good moment to have a shower (which was surprisingly good!). I would have liked more information in English about the history of the bunker as well.

I liked so much how they just transformed the bunker not only as a museum but also in a hostel where you can experience another way to stay in an adventurous accommodation. The personnel are kind, and as a guest you have also the free entry to their museum. They have a nice breakfast choice like in staré časy

Great location near the city center, with a unique museum experience that gives you a taste of what it’s like to live in a bunker — at least for one night. One tip for fellow travelers: bring some warm clothing, as it gets quite chilly at night inside the bunker, which is understandable given it’s underground.

There was no cellular reception in the area — while the Wi-Fi works well, just be aware that regular phone service may not be available. It also got a bit chilly at night, and the room had a slight damp mop smell, which is understandable given the challenges of ventilating an underground space.

It's a bunker, one does this for the experience and I cannot recommend it for more than a single night. One requires a map to find their room, which is very basic and equipped with a (bunk)bed with a sleeping bag. Facilities are otherwise good, with the bathrooms in particularly being quite decent (for a bunker) and, thankfully, heated water. Breakfast is provided, as is a free tour of the bunker if you stay the night. The location in Brno is perfect: effectively under the castle and directly opposite the beginning of the old town, meaning everything you need is just a few minutes walk away.

In my opinion, the experience is a little too authentic, and more can be done to make the stay more comfortable. The beds are not great and you sleep in a sleeping bag. The rooms have limited outlets (one in ours) meaning you might have trouble if you are reliant on your device(s). We were four and two of us had power banks, but if we didn't this could have been an issue. The breakfast, likewise, was fine but didn't need to be so authentic - this is still effectively a hotel, and its not super cheap to boot. I still recommend the experience but definitely know what you're getting yourself into

Terrifying. It’s cold, moldy, didn’t even have warm water, no signal, wi-fi works like shit, beds are very uncomfortable, you can hear very well into other rooms. They also request a deposit for the key which I found weird. It’s nice to visit it and read about it, but to stay there is a nightmare.

First of I have to write that this accommodation cannot compete with others. It is experiential accommodation - it is still functioning military shelter for citizens in case of atomic war. It is used as museum and accommodation - in case of emergency citizens go there. Everybody should understand that it is experiential accommodation I was very lucky that I could experience that. Room was very nice - sleeping in the sleeping bag, the whole atmosphere. Totally reccommend it. Location is great - close to the city centreBreakfast - nice

The location is perfect! It really feels authentic - which can also be a minus. Friendly staff. The beds are on the harder side, but I didn't mind that.

The smell of mold - I had a coughing fits because of dust/mold ?.The fact that there's just fabric over the hole on (the window) the doors - you hear everything, including the slamming doors whenever anyone comes in. No locks on the toilets + only cold water in sink.Shower that first has only cold water (you have to pull the handle millions times before getting warm water)
