Pleasant

No warm food on breakfast. We had little breakfast with bread and salami, ham ans cheese. No saussages, no eggs.

Terrible

The hotel doesn't match the photos on booking. There was a terrible smell in the room. I couldn't stay the night and went to another hotel. I hope they'll give me a refund.

Great location if you want to stay near exhibition centre.

Breakfest was mediocre. Was expecting a more variety for the price.

Good location, nice rooms, and services. Clean and comfortable. I booked last moment mostly because of lack of alternatives and missed a bit hidden parking info on the phone app.

Parking is a bit of a scam if you don't check details about it, as it's not free and not cheap. Breakfast is ok, but nothing exceptional, low on fruit or other healthy options. I had a nice stay, but if was definitely not worth the price for me.

Touch dated but clean and comfortable.

Minor gripe but the shower was in a bath tub (fine, not a problem with that) but there was no shower screen so the floor got pretty wet too. Only a minor gripe tho.

Convenient hotel location, good for an overnight stay.

There was no air conditioner in the room, so it was very hot.

Narrow passage through the building to the parking area.

Above expectations. I was lucky to be given a room with a view of the castle. The three receptionists I met were all friendly helpful and welcoming. The room was very spacious. A bit outdated but very clean functional and comfortable. Location a 20 min hike from the central vibe. 20 min from train station. On river embankment with road and tram traffic noise. But with window closed no worries. Room might be hot in a heatwave but fine when I was there.

Friendly staff, perfect location for where we needed to be.

No AC, and the provided fans were old/ made noise. They did not have extra fans to switch-out…

Very clean hotel with a nice cleaning lady, very strange elevator, great bathroom for a relaxing bath.

We asked for a double bed but they only could offer 2 single uncomfortable beds, for the price of the hotel I would expect a better breakfast. Reception stuff is not really welcoming, expensive parking, room had no view. Not worth the price

Everything was OK.

Wonderful staff, big room with a sitting area, great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Very clean. Delicious breakfast. Very close to trams.

The mattress was very firm. I didn't mind, but might not be to everyone's comfort.

Cosy room with functioning heat and a frigobar.Close to S-bahn station and about a 20 min walk to the city center.There’s a supermarket about 5 minutes from the hotel, which is a plus.In general, I think it’s worthy

Breakfast was great, nice dining area. Room was comfortable. Bed was alright. Heat was too low if you want your room very warm. Location was good, couple of minutes from trams.

Heating left some to be desired. TV is outdated but not horrible.

The only problem was the noise from reconstruction of the river bank
