Great location, near highway, great view, quiet, good parking

The hotel cannot provide parking spaces for guests. (Small number of parking spaces)When we arrived at the hotel during check-in, the receptionist said that there were no parking spaces available for my car, so I could park my car along the road or use the paid parking.

There were some nails on the carpet when we slightly moved one bed. I understand the staff does not move the beds for each cleaning but it was a bit disgusting to find it there

The hotel was absolutely perfect — very clean, with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was extremely high quality, and even though there were many guests, they kept refilling every dish immediately. You could see that everyone was satisfied with the breakfast standards.There’s an ATM and a currency exchange machine right by the building, which was very convenient. The rooms were spotless, and the overall service was truly excellent.

Room was great and clean, we had a loggia, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

In the booking it said private parking without mentioning the limited capacity or payment needed. Room was a bit cold when we checked in.Elevator did not cope well with morning rush hour.

Hand shower was broken, only the ceiling one was working Room was not cleaned well - there were spider webs, a small chunk of hair on one of the pillows Bedsheet had a few small black dots (makeup or something?)

Great locationFriendly staff

Had issues with the air in my room (10th floor) The room wouldn’t cool and it smelled badly. Was very hot at night and difficult to sleep. I was in that room 3 or 4 nights. Left for 2 and they put me back in there when I returned. I asked to move and the final room was great! No issues at all.

Parking could be better.

The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help and made the stay pleasant.Rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a short stay.Good breakfast selection with both hot and cold options, fresh and well-stocked.Although not in the city center, the hotel is well connected by public transport, which made commuting easy.

For such a large hotel, there’s no free parking available. The paid parking option is quite expensive.I had requested one large bed, but was given a twin room instead. It seems the request was not understood clearly by the hotel.The location is not within walking distance to the city center, so you need to rely on trams or buses to get around.

There was slamming off doors by uncontrolled teenagers, running and shouting between rooms from 06:00 in the morning until 02:00 in the morning. That gives a person 4 hours of sleep. The Reception was fully aware of the situation but it was fully ignored. I travel for work and leisure for 30 years now and have never came across something like this. It was really terrible and especially the PRICE I paid to stay there. This is not a 4 star hotel. I really hope my message is not taken lightly.

We visited with family and had an exceptional experience from start to finish.The hotel's prime location made exploring a breeze. The food was delicious, rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Strategically located with easy access to the city and close to the bus stop.

Hotel is walkable distance from fairgrounds in Brno. Room was spacious with table to work and really nice view over whole city. Breakfast available time is quite a long from 06-10 with really great options also they offer to take a snack out.

There are no supermarkets around just small shops. Bathroom was quite a small especially with no space around toilet. Also toilet paper was cheaper than expected for 4 star hotel.

We were there during AnimeFest and staff were incredibly friendly and nice even as they must have so much work.We always felt great and totally welcomed, walking around in cosplay and even being accommodated with our huge luggages on last day, when still accessing convention.The breakfast was delicious and it had plenty of choices.The beds were super comfortable.Hotel bar even had special drinks for AnimeFest (with prices so friendly we couldn't believe it) which was incredibly thoughtful and we loved it.
