Good location, nice and clean. Breakfast is included, and is very reasonable. Internet is strong and free.

They do NOT want to give you an extra pillow, or towel. They will if you are persistent--but for one day. It'll disappear the next day. Stairs to the lobby and and no lift access to breakfast in the basement made it difficult for my disabled friend.

Comfortable and large bed, decor of the hotel, quality of breakfast, cleanliness of hotel, helpfulness of staff who spoke English, and quiet location just 15 minutes' walk to city centre. This was our second stay at the hotel and we will come again.

TV on during breakfast. Better to have news or softer music for a relaxing ambience.

24 hour front desk so it was OK that I arrived at 2am; moreover the employee was still hospitable despite the late hour. Very spatious and clean room; air conditioning was particularly welcome given the unseasonably warm temperature.

Had difficulty coming to the hotel the first time as there was no clear instructions to which tram to take. Some staff don’t speak English. Molds on the bread-which I think they’ve just missed to see. No coffee in the room the fact that the rate was a bit high.

Our room was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. There was lots of closet space. We slept very well as it was very quiet. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is spotless, and the staff were very helpful.

The bathroom was a bit dated, and the beds were really squishy, firmer beds would be nice.

The location was in a tree-lined street near parks and not far from the city centre.

A coffee machine in the lounge for guests to help themselves to coffee would be good.

Room was small, but comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Car access, while expensive at 15 Euros per day, was easy and car was protected. This is a good hotel.

My only issue was the location. I know Brno well, and it was hard to find a hotel at a closer location to the center during the time period I needed. So the next time I go to Brno, it won’t be high season, and I will take a hotel in the center, not so much on the fringes, as this place is. Transport also wasn’t that close.

We arrived late in the evening and although everything was quiet and dark, the young man at reception was kind and sold us a couple of schnapps to take up to our room. The street in front of the hotel was dark and dreary; we didn’t want to go out wandering. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Staff was great, parking lot was private and secure. Plenty of tasty options for breakfast. Klima was nice and cold, even on a super hot day!

Separate single blankets per person when you have a queen bed with your wife is a bit strange.

The pillow was too hard and its and the duvet’s the stuffing was artificial, not down. Recomment having orange juice at breakfast. Plus the staff could smile a bit more perhaps? ??

We really enjoyed comfortable bed and peaceful, quiet room. Breakfast buffet had nice options, even plant-based milk. We had some issue with room key but staff was very active to solve it and helped.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Europa. It's a super comfortable hotel with good facilities. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Brno and recommend it to my relatives. The staff were super helpful and spoke English when required (review posted from my partner's booking account).

It is a pet friendly hotel and unfortunately someone's dog was barking in the morning. Overall the hotel was good so I can overlook this.

My favourite place to stay in Brno, great breakfast, love the bacon and boiled veg.

The breakfast is delicious and variety of choice especially the croissant and coffee. The room and bed is comfy and clean.
