Spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, room upgrade for free as a gift, exceptional breakfast

Wonderful staff, comfortable room with air conditioning, delicious breakfast. We appreciated the cozy travel crib too. The hotel is in an ideal location to see the center of the city and walk to the beach promenade, or train/ferry all around Balaton. We also enjoyed the wine museum to learn more about wine regions in Hungary. Great stay!

Shower drain needs some attention. Parking lot was full but we were lucky that it was no problem to park on the street nearby.

The location was good. The room was good enough.

The bathroom was very tiny and uncomfortable. There was no soap in the shower. The door kept banging my back while trying the brush my teeth.

The property has a great location. It is steps away from the beautiful Fö Ter and only a 10-minute walk to Lake Balaton and to the castle.

If coming by car, there is nowhere to park at the hotel. The property is also located on the intersection of a one-way street and the street that goes to Fö Ter. Navigation aids don’t put you on the right approach to the hotel, and that’s frustrating.

The room was very comfortable with very effective air conditioning and a pleasant balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional, served in an amazing room. The location was perfect, on a quite road a very short walk from the train/bus station and just round the corner from the main street. A lovely hotel.

Very central and convenient to everything which we were interested to see or to go to. The room was very comfortable and the aircon was very welcome! Lovely restaurant and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

WiFi reception non-existent in rooms. However, WiFi was excellent in reception/foyer and I was able to take advantage of the coffee service while on my computer.

Property was very central to main square and about 15 min walk to train station.Rooms were immaculate with comfy beds. Food was plentiful for us with a few choices at breakfast. Staff were very helpful speaking with the English they knew. We liked the water/pop/beer that could be purchased at reception. Came in very handy for us. Thank you so much to all staff

The personal wasn’t speaking English, but it didn’t bring much trouble. But.. COCKROACHES!!!The whole night I was fighting with cockroaches, at least 25 were slain.

Good location within the town, you can easily walk to the city center, the chateau and the lake, the breakfast and the room was fine. Be sure to book a parking spot in the garage, otherwise you can park on the street only overnight + 4 hrs.

The bathroom needs some repairs, the toilet was very hard to flush and the shower was leaking from the bottom. Used towels were hanging at the bathroom doors from the inside.The employess did not speak english much, but were friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was equidistant to the city center and Lake Balaton. We were able to visit the wine museum on the premises and the rooms were quiet and comfortable!

The WIFI didn't work well. Often I couldn't connect.

The hotel is in a good location, Lake Balaton and the city center are easily accessible. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is fair and plentiful. The lady at the reception could be a little nicer, but she fulfilled all our requests.

There were only two free sockets in the room, one of them was not working.

The room itself was super. The breakfast as well, super, everyone could found something to eat.The location is alao good, you can reach the beach and the downtown withon 5 minutes.

The toilet was very noisi while it was filling the water tank.

We booked a room for 4, with air conditioning, very tidy. We got free parking space in the garage. 10 minutes walk to Balaton lake, we were in May and most of shops were closed but we could get a drink in the hotel lobby.

Good location, reasonably spacious room with balcony, fridge.

No lift to first floor with heavy case. No kettle, or socket for laptop close to desk.
