Pros +
- very good hotel for relaxation good meals, clean and comfortable rooms, spa, location just on the bank of Balaton., free parking.
- This was by far the best hotel experience we had. Spotless everywhere ( even the balcony top corners were vacuumed, not to have spider webs). Great service at check-in and in the restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable, with good AC. We had a lovely view of Lake Balaton. The breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional with an extensive variety, and we did not come across a bad meal/course. There is a private beach on a small island just across the hotel. The indoor pool was enjoyable, not for laps but for splashing around. There are multiple jacuzzi-style areas in the pool and there is a separate one on the second floor. The area around the hotel is nice, easily walkable with souvenirs and food/ice cream options. The center of Keszthely is within 20 minutes' walking distance. The train station is also in short walking distance from the hotel.
- Even though it's not marketed family hotel it had surprisingly lot of activities for kids
Cons -
- There was no hot water to take a shower neither when we received the rooms nor when we left, they said there was a problem and they didn't fix it
- Coffee was terrible
- Pillows were too big and not comfortable ?

Coffee was terrible
Great location, the hotel has every facility you'd need and the staff was very nice. Very convenient with toddler.
Pillows were too big and not comfortable ?
I liked a staff they was very kind and helpful. They always tried the best for us.Location was great
The room what we got was not clean at all.The bed was extremely poor, shame for this standard.Housekeeper must be check when finishing a rooms cos this is a 4 star hotel so standard must be high.
Family friendliness is very well developped all over the hotel. Employees that work in lounge and spa are amazing. Food is excellent and various, they have many food options for children. Toilets are spotless clean. Kids park in front of hotel is very big with plenty of options for all ages. Animator are a very nice touch.
Single stair inside the room (towards the balcony) was the hazard for our toddler and we couldn't relax with him awake, hence we tried not to spend too much time in room during the day. Towels are not replaced daily, water bottle is not refilled even they list that as expected deliverable.
The hotel is renovated recently and looks very nice, parking is free, a nice and quiet park can be found near the hotel with access from the parking. Rooms and corridors are a bit small, but nothing to worry about. SPA area also looks good and is spacious.
- Pay attention to elevator doors, don't step in if you see them closing, they make brake your shoulder.- We arrived at 14:00, while check in was at 15:00, so I've asked the guy with glasses from reception if the room is ready earlier. He said yes, so I went to the car and took our IDs, family and luggage. Back to the reception, the guy was busy, so a lady stepped in and took our IDs and did the check in. She checked the room and told us is not ready yet, but we can sit in the lobby. That's how we ended wasting 1 hour in the lobby waiting because of their incompetence, instead of taking a nice walk into the park.
Property isn’t four star. Facilities are nice but the rooms are tiny and smell like cigarettes.
Rooms are old and smell like smoke.
I liked the location and the kids pool.
The superior twin room was too small for 2 adults and a toddler. When they turn the sofa into bed than there is no millimeter left in the room to even go around the bed. That was not pleasant.
Great location, friendly staff and nice wellness facilities. The food was also very good and we had a lot to choose from.
Had to pay for a water during dinner time since the normal tap water is not available (but for breakfast it is).In our room we also noticed quite a lot of ants.
The location of the hotel is very nice, right next to the lake and a very big public park. They have plenty of parking, about 6-8 EV charging stations (25 euros and you charge as much as you want for how many time as you want), a private playground for children, tennis and football. The rooms are standard for a 4-star hotel, and the breakfast and dinner buffet are good. I would for sure return to this location.
The à la Carte Restaurant from within the hotel was a complete disappointment regarding food quality and service. We tried it once at lunch: the order took some time to be brought, some of the food was not hot, and they brought all the courses at once (soup and main course). The second disappointment was the massage therapies - we took 3 in total, but they were not great at all; moderate at best.
Spa and swimming poola and top floor room with a nice view
To mamy people everywhere
A wonderful hotel in an exceptional location. Excellent and varied food for both breakfast and dinner. The room was large and spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom very nice and functional. The only thing that bothered me was that the doors close very loudly – for example, when a neighbor enters their room, the door slams shut behind them so hard that the wall shakes. This can be quite disturbing at night. I didn’t use the hotel’s wellness facilities, as I spent my time exploring the town and other attractions around Lake Balaton.I especially recommend the hotel outside the high season, as it is very peaceful and you can truly relax in a beautiful environment.
It’s a pleasure to write this review cause we are already not the first time here and guess what? It became even better and all our small comments from last time got improved! So thumbs up for the management to be that attentive to guests needs and open mindedness to change old approach. To summarize it all:1. Spotless 2. Maintained and taken care off on a very high level.3. Every single employee is kind, smiling, professional on his/her place and ready to assist.4. Food became even better and everybody in the restaurant is doing just a remarkable job.
view from room and breakfast
The hotel is nice, but I came to visit for one day to enjoy the wellness. Due to problems at the border related to quarantine and animal foot-and-mouth disease, I arrived only in the late afternoon. It was a bit strange that the wellness area was open only until 8:00 PM, so I rushed to dinner and then straight to the wellness for an hour and to the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was completely full and it wasn’t possible to swim properly. I thought I’d try again early in the morning after breakfast, as the opening hours said it starts from 8:00 AM. However, when I arrived at 8:00, I was told the pool was closed for a swimming class with children. As a result, I didn’t get to try the pool at all during my stay.I would suggest to the management: if the pool is rented out to someone else and guests are not given priority in the morning, then check-out should not be at 10:00 AM. This experience ruined my stay at your hotel, and since I drove 300 kilometers mainly for the pool and wellness, it felt like a wasted trip.”*

Food (breakfest and dinner) and location. Good for kids.
Very crouded in wellnes area over the weekend. Not possible to relax or find space in sauna program. Price of charging plun-in car is to high.
