Artis Boutique Hotel

Great location, clean hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. The room and bathroom were well equipped. You felt very safe and at home. The breakfast location, food selection and quality were top notch.

Street parking. Complicated if you are not familiar with street parking meter feeding, plus not convenient, when you have to drag your luggage into the hotel.

We were on the 3rd floor, rooms were clearly renovated, comfortable and well-kept. The hotel is elegant and clean, seems perfect for both personal or business travel. What made our experience superb was the staff. Everyone from the reception to the restaurant staff was extremely kind and helpful.The location is very ideal if one is in town to explore museums and landmarks. The breakfast was on the more modest, business hotel side, but always fresh. The restaurant (Daniel's kitchen) has super lunch menu and bento box offers.

Just a small improvement idea: a little shelf in the shower would be useful for guests to bring their own toiletries.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff very friendly. We were upgraded to a superior room which was great! Location is fantastic, walking distance to the main square. Parking space.

Breakfast was ok. The fried eggs were cold.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff was friendly. Parking was close by.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Quite limited. Language of staff- reception excluded- is a barrier. Cleaning service is limited.

Mattress may be a little bit too hard for some people. The air con was not ON, hence the room was too cold for a while (we arrived very late, very cold outside). Breakfast was very good, yet I would prefer less choice & more local products. I'm sure the area can offer more attractive options.

Superior room is just excellent in size, silent, comfortable bed. Complimentary water on arrival. Staff is nice and helpful.

Over all top, very big room, excellent stuff, they called me before arrival if I need a baby bed, very well located, few walking minutes to city center. Very clean and comfortable, very delicious breakfast, the best part was check out possibility till 11 am.

Leaves a lot to be desired is an understatement

We booked a superior room with town view, only to be given an attic room having a window situated at about 2m from the ground (it was ao high up the room had a fire escape ladder to reach it in case of evacuation). Half of the room was occupied by beams supporting the roof. The only view was of the sky, that is if you didn't climb on a ladder.But that was just the top of the iceberg. We found a dirty toilet with traces of feces. Upon telling the concierge, he came and just cleaned the toilet bowl with the brush, using no disinfectant. When I pointed this out, he returned with a ... kitchen degreaser which contained vinegar and smelled horrible. He apologised profusely but never offered a discount or any form of compensation. Another room was out of the question, as the hotel was fully booked. Worst experience I had in a hotel in years.

Nice boutique hotel close to the main square and pedestrian area. The room is nicely decorated, safe, bathroom with shower, double bed, minibar, desk, water and kettle with tea and coffee available. Underground parking is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast buffet with different choices of sweet and salty food. I also had dinner in the restaurant which serves nice dishes. Recommended.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Hungary. Spacious, clean room, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome, fresh and wide selection was available. I would like to highlight the hotel's own restaurant for dinner. It is a true culinary experience, the food was just simply amazing...

The location seemed a bit unsafe, but after venturing out to the square that was a short walk. The area was lovely and seemed to be great for me and the family.
