Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast and lunch were delicious.

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent restaurant, and a good location - walking into town is quick and very pleasant. A fantastic hotel.

Great location just of the main road from Sarajevo to Pale but still very quiet room with free parking. We stayed in the “family room/apartment”. Huge room with two double beds and one smaller double bed in a smaller room. Everything was spotless clean. All in all very good with great selection for breakfast.

No lift

The room was more like a suit, extremely big, with kitchen and hot tub. Staff was very friendly both in their flexibility (we could arrive on another day than we initially booked) as with the drinks and breakfast.

This hotel is one of not the best hotel I have been during my trip in Bosnia

Breakfast, as expected, excellent. Location as well. Pale is a very interesting town. I would recommend visiting beautiful origin of the river Miljacka, less than two miles from the hotel.

Maybe not modern, but clean and well-maintained room. A breath of fresh mountain air in the morning. Breakfast is not rich but good (served a la carte). Close to Sarajevo. Good value for money.

The breakfast was great a fresh omelet and local bread. The location was easy to find great parking and close to nearby cities.

There was nothing I could list as far as not liking it.

Location is few minutes drive from the city centre with plenty of parking spaces. Althought the breakfast was not a buffet, it was excellent quality and quantity wise.
