breakfast is typical Italian : some fruit and yogurt, some cheese, hard boiled eggs. lots of baked goods - fresh croissants including with chocolate and cream, cakes, tarts. Excellent coffee.Room is comfortable, all amenities needed, beds are on a hard side. We stayed in the room with sea view and it was lovely. Beach is 5 min walk through the nice wooded grove. Easy.

you will have to pay $3 for each beach towel you rent at the Front Desk. Beach sun beds and umbrella are $24 a day.All this should be included, but it is not.You will need a car. it is not a not walking situation to the nice restaurants and nearby towons.

The location was convenient.

The pool area was severely misrepresented: no towels, broken loungers, and no staff or drinks service in sight. For a supposed 4-star hotel, the lack of basic services and maintenance was unacceptable.

Great hotel! The staff is helpful and helps with every little thing. Upon arrival, we were immediately placed in the rooms we asked for in advance, many thanks to the hotel staff for this! The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, a pleasant Sardo interior, a comfortable bed, wardrobes, a minibar and a good bathroom with all the necessary hygiene products! Cleaning was every day, everything is very clean, thanks to the girls! The hotel has a wonderful warm salt water pool, it's cool, it's windy at sea! The beach is located 300 m from the hotel, it is a pleasure to walk to it through a green grove, not hot and not uphill! The beach service maestromare, with which the hotel cooperates, is simply amazing, the sun beds and umbrellas are comfortable, you can take each unit separately, for example, like us, 3 sun beds and 1 umbrella, since I love to lie in the sun! A coupon from the hotel for a discount on the beach is also provided! The beach has good wi-fi, the beach staff is very friendly, remembers you by name! They helped us organize a wonderful private boat trip along the Costa Smeralda with a skipper, it was unforgettable! There is also a delicious restaurant on the beach where we had lunch! The beach itself is well-groomed, sandy with a gentle entry into the water! The color of the water is simply incredible! A good supermarket is located 800 m from the hotel, where you can buy everything you need from small items to delicacies and good wine. There are not many restaurants nearby, but enough to have dinner, I would especially like to mention the family Trattoria Pintadera, the guys are very hospitable and the food is very, very tasty! If you don’t want to go anywhere, you can have lunch and dinner right at the hotel, there were always a lot of people, and they said it was delicious! If I were asked whether I would recommend this hotel and the resort to my friends, I would definitely say 100% yes.

I liked absolutely everything!

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is about 5 minutes from a wonderful beach. Rooms are small but comfortable. You have access to a relatively large swimming pool.

Lunch and dinner was too pricey for the quality offered. And if you don't have a car you don't have many option other than eat in the hotel. The restaurant area is bit dated aesthetically.

The beach. It’s so beautiful, with an amazing blue color. I would definitely come back here for the beach. Allso the hotel is nice, very typical Italian style hotel.

Location and the pool was the best part of this hotel.

Everything was spot on, from check-in to the pool and the beach. Breakfast was good too.

The stay was short but pleasant. The facility is welcoming with large, bright areas. The room was very bright, and it is evident that the walls were recently refreshed. Overall, everything is perfectly maintained. I recommend it for the huge pool and the beautiful, well-equipped beach in front of the hotel.

Great 4-star hotel halfway between Olbia, Porto Rotondo, and Golfo Aranci. Everything is within easy reach. It is an excellent starting point for exploring the area. Bright and spacious room, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Noteworthy mention: it is located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in northern Sardinia.

Close to beach and a lovely pool. Hotel was very clean.

Rooms basic but traditional. No tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant was quite expensive.

The stuff specifically at the reception where unfriendly, non-respectful and impolite. They couldn't understand good english and keep being distracted.

The hotel is very close to the Marinella beach which was awesome and the beach itself was very good.

* Overall our biggest problem with the hotel was the very high price for what they are offering. This is not a 4 star hotel.* We disliked the breakfast - there was verry little to choose from.* The restaurant also did not have a good atmosphere.* We had to pay 24 euro per day for two sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach (this is after a discount...).

the property overall is clean, but quite old and would need some renewal to be more comfortable and efficient

bed cover is very old and dirty, not very hygenical since it probably doesn’t get changed for each guest. Breakfast is not included and it’s very expensive. It’s not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel

Reception staff exceptional! Helped with local information and provision of taxi pool wonderfully maintained with alert lifeguards , glorious beach nearby Only took 1 evening meal , beautifully presented 3 course A la carte

ROOM:- we had to change the room because of the noise of dishwasher machines from the ground floor: we heard every hour (starting from 8h30 and until 22h30) how those machines worked (even with closed windows)- the new provided room was on the last floor (3rd) and there was no lift to go until that floor (lift was only available until 2nd floor, which means we had to walk up each time to the last floor)- the bathroom leaked every time we used the shower (there was water on the floor leaking from the shower cabine)- when we used hot water in our bathroom, its color was slightly orange: the water was slightly rusted- we had only 2 electrical sockets accessible. Both of them were already used for our night lights. It means you have to choose whether you want to have your night light plugged in or you want to use the electrical socket for your personal device- when it comes to room comfort: electrical sockets are really old and for some devices you will need to use an adapterBREAKFAST (included in our booking Bed&Breakfast):- each morning we had to populate a "breakfast form" with a very restricted list of food we could demand- we were very surprised to see that some of customers were able to get some food that was not part of the "breakfast form" such as: muslies; fresh fruits... AND maybe there was other food available that we were not aware of ?!
