Pros +
- Rooms are clean. Property clean.
- The family that runs it was attentive and kind. You can tell they love what they do. They also offer a boat tour that while a little pricey, was the highlight of our trip. So much so that we wanted to do it again the next day.
- Super friendly staff, perfect location, beach front, clean and great value for money. Definitely would recommend and visit again
Cons -
- Breakfast was included in our stay, variety/portion was small. Rooms didn’t have anything to put your suitcase on.
- The layout of the bathroom for getting in and out of the shower was a bit odd. Small nitpick.
- Breakfast could have more options

Nice location, staff very friendly, breakfast made to order
Parking on the nearby streets, may be a problem during high season.
It was a friendly, comfortable hotel in a good location. Close to the beach. I had the suite so was fortunate to have a lovely terrace with views over the bay. The staff were all really welcoming and my room was spotless. I enjoyed the breakfast there was enough choice for me, it’s not a big buffet style spread but that’s not what I expected. It was lovely. I did the boat trip run by the hotel too. Such a fun day and saw the dolphins and swam at a beautiful beach.
There is still building works going on next door. Which involves a bit of noise. It didn’t ruin my trip and it’s not the fault of the hotel but a bit annoying in the morning.
Location - close to the beach. Weather wasn’t great for us but looked like they had some useful stuff for guests to enjoy a nice beach dayHas lots of potential but looks a little unloved Communication prior to arrival was good
Very noisy - staff hoovering around 7.30am. A large construction is going on next door so they start early. Totally understand it’s not the property’s fault but not great sleep for us. Room was cramped - stuck a 3rd bed in so you could get inside with your suitcase. Couldn’t even open the fridge without moving the bed. Staff were a bit uninterested. Didn’t have much choice for breakfast. Rather than clear a table in the front bit, we were put in the back room for breakfast with lots of bits everywhere. It looked like a storage area/dumping ground. Breakfast was not laid out like in the pictures and there was never any breakfast cakes - even though it was advertised
The hotel is in a good location close to the beach and town center.
I felt like I was staying in a windowless, airless cell and we checked out after one night. The room was very small with no natural daylight. There was a shuttered door that opened onto a shared terrace but the shutter was broken and would not stay up when lifted. We did ask if it was possible to change room and were shown one on the second floor which had a window but the window looked onto the building next door so again it was another small, dark room and not worth moving to. When we checked out the next day, we asked Reception if they would order a taxi for us and they refused (even though they had provided an airport transfer for us when we arrived).
Right on the beach! Great breakfast and lovely staff. 100% recommended.
No coffee/tea/kettle in rooms.
Yes for the location, next to beach, stunning port.
The smell of the room, very chemical. No natural light. The terasse is common and you have no intimate space. No recommend.
Very nice hotel in city center near from hotel are store, dry cleaner, pizzeria, restaurants. Opposite hotel are Prima Spiaggia beach, but two -three meters from the shore are water plants, if you want clean and beautiful water you can visit Terza Spiaggia. Breakfast was wonderful, you have to order at the table so it's always fresh.

Close to seaside and fairly clean room.
The extremely high price for one double room is not corresponding to the services offered. The bedroom was small, the bed had a thin mattress that was uncomfortable, the room door was very noisy during opening and closing disturbing the other guests. The staff at the reception was randomly present and when present unhelpful and unprofessional. There is no lift for the second floor despite the staircase and no free parking close to the hotel. If you have lots of luggage it can be a problem. In the booklet about the rule of the house they write that if you have an early morning ferryboat you can have breakfast at 7am instead of the regular 8-10am. Upon our request at 4pm the day before departure the staff and the owner refused to offer us an early breakfast despite the incredibly high price we paid through Booking for this reservation. This hotel has been a disappointment. We were charged through Booking as a 4 or 5 stars hotel but we were offered barely a 2 stars hotel service with unprofessional staff.
Friendly and helpful staff - this is a small family run hotel which offers a tasty breakfast on a little terrace very close to the beach - we also went on the boat trip which was superb, highly recommended. During the boat ride our host showed us loads of great places (and dolphins), sang some Sardinian songs with the guitar and we had an excellent meal of seafood. The hotel design is interesting and it provides a lovely atmosphere very close to the marina. There are a few good places nearby for food and drinks. Very nice place for a few nights.
Unfortunately there is no relaxation or seating area outside of the rooms / small lobby which would be welcome (and the temporary building site next door may cause annoyance in coming months - it did not disturb us during the stay).
Small family Boutique Hotel nicely decorated and 20 meters away from one of the most beautiful beaches of Golfo Aranci. Furthermore in a very quiet street 5mn away from stores and restaurants
The room was a bit old fashioned but confortable and well equipped from WiFi to minibar. So nothing to really criticize
The location was perfect, only a few meters from the beach. The rooms were clean and perfectly comfy. I reccomend to book here if planning to travel to Golfo Aranci. The breakfast was really delicious and the staff was kind and helpful!
The construction site next to the hotel but it is not their fault and almost finished :)
Location was perfect! Steps away from the sea. Breakfast was really good each morning.
No parking.
small family-run hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, about a 1-minute walk from the sea, breakfast of your choice served directly by the host
Close to the beach
I asked the staff to show me the room. He just indicated the direction where I should go. I insisted I want someone to show me the room. Overly pissed off the owner walked me to the room. I asked for help with the luggage, he said I needed to take care of it myself. I brought my suitcase alone, to see a few hours later, the owner carrying the suitcases of two women having a room next to mine. The hairdryer did not work at 09.00PM. Reception closed. I called and I was told I need to go and look for a replacement in the reception myself.Anyone barely speaks English!
Perfect location, good breakfast and very clean room
Everything was ok
View of the beach, very clean and comfortable and a lovely breakfast included!
The breakfast excellent
We ordered the lunch also! But it cost a lot and very poor lunch!
