    Pros +

    • A pasos del mar, vista preciosa, personal muy amable.
    • Hotel is in a perfect location for a relaxing holiday right on the beach, and a pleasant 10-15 min walk to town. Gina at the reception provided an exceptional customer service and made us feel welcome and respected. She allowed us a late check out (1PM) which helped us so much as we had a flight from Olbia at 4pm. We would stay there again but next time we would choose a room with a sea view!
    • Good Breakfast with nice sized breakfast room with seats and views from both inside and out.

    Cons -

    • Rooms moderate and triple was very tight for 3 adults. Shower small.
    • The space smelled like sewage whenever we were outside of our room. The breakfast left much to be desired: the eggs and bacon were cold. We arrived there right at the start of breakfast. The wifi was very spotty, so I had to leave the hotel room to connect. They charge for beach umbrellas and chairs. We paid more for 3 nights here than for 4 nights at a resort.
    • The pool was not cleaned/operational which we didn't mind not using but there were tons of bugs around because of it. Solution to not being bit was to shut the windows overnight.

The view was the best part! We stayed on the ocean view on the top floor with the balcony facing the ocean. Although, we mostly were not in our room, therefore, did not take in this best part of the stay. The rainfall shower also felt wonderful after a long day out and about.

The space smelled like sewage whenever we were outside of our room. The breakfast left much to be desired: the eggs and bacon were cold. We arrived there right at the start of breakfast. While this hotel boasts an excellent location with stunning views over a beautiful beach, it is clear that the property is in need of significant maintenance. Although our room was of a good size and featured a balcony overlooking the beach, the surrounding areas were in a state of disrepair, which detracted from the overall experience. It was hard not to notice the grass had not been cut in some time, bushes appeared to have been neglected for months, and upturned loungers were left beside the pool. The pool area itself was surrounded by weeds and long grass, giving the impression that it was abandoned, despite being open. With all the loungers removed, it was unclear whether the pool was fit for swimming; several well-positioned communal decks lacked any furniture, leaving guests without a place to sit and enjoy the view. We understand that our stay was toward the end of the season and that staffing levels may have been reduced, but with the hotel fully booked, these issues were noticeable and impacted all guests. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience and restore the charm of this otherwise well-located property.

When there is a refurbishment of the rooms, it would be good to change the bed linen : in today's hospitality industry, the use of bedspreads or coverlets, and unwashed blankets in wardrobes, is becoming increasingly outdated. Guests, ourselves included, prefer not to sleep with linen that may have been used by others. Hotels that provide duvets with removable, washable covers, ensuring that guests sleep in freshly laundered bedding without decorative cushions or bed linen used by previous visitors, are setting a higher standard of cleanliness and comfort. The practice of using bedspreads and cushions that have been handled by prior guests is deemed vintage and no longer acceptable. This approach is the way forward in meeting modern guest expectations.

The view was spectacular! Georgia and Gina were very nice and helpful. The facilities are very basic, with no shampoo or lotion. They charge for beach towels and the breakfast was ok, not so good.

It offers minimal amenities. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion.Breakfast was cold scrambled eggs ? , bread and pastries were ok. We ended up eating at Blu restaurant at the Gabbiano Azzero and it was great food.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. We loved the location. The beach behind the hotel is actually quite nice. The hotel has their own beach chairs and umbrellas which you can hire at reception. There is no kettle in the room but the hotel will give you one if you ask at reception. Parking is available on site and if the car park is full, there is plenty of parking on the street.

The shower drain was clogged. It would flood in the shower if we had the water pressure on high. Buffet breakfast was limited but had enough options to get you by.

The location was great! Located in a more quiet part of the islands more family friendly. Lots of really nice beaches for kids and also nice places to snorkel.

No pool, breakfast was nothing special and didn’t have many vegetarian options. Quality of food could be better.

Location. The location is lovely! Staff are super helpful. Breakfast was the same every day but there was enough variety.

The building is a bit run down and needs work. The wifi didn’t work much. We were not informed the usage of the beach and towels had an extra charge per usage.

The view from our room over Golfo Arancini was simply stunning. The location was good. There was a beach just outside the hotel's garden and several restaurants within a short walk.

The hotel location is great right on the beach, spotlessly clean and the staff are so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a gem of a place. The location was in front of an amazing beach. The sea view room was just perfect. We met Gina at the front desk. She was welcoming and supported us with all our requirement. She went overboard to help us offered us food late night when we overslept while taking a nap. She also suggested to go for a dolphin tour which was so worth it.

I get very quiet in the evening. Very hard to find a place to eat after 9 pm.

very friendly staff, view from the balcony, close to the beach

    Friendly and helpful staff

Very limited choice for breakfast & poor quality of the food, tiny room (we even paid an upgrade for a seeview), many mosquitoes in the room at night

Location to the city centre was great. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful

It was run down, my room was a joint balcony that was not clean. We had other peoples underwear blowing around my area along with trash. AC in the room was terrible, I was warm and uncomfortable for two nights

Service and people, location and surroundings

Lack of own kitchen and restaurant, only bar, but this I think is only matter of time as the owner is very enterprising woman :)
