Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredible hospitable and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful in options. The beds were amazing, comfy boxsprings with excellent pillow that you could fluff and shape to whatever your preference is. If we every return to Osijek, we will go here again.

The whole setting, the historical vibe, the fact that all staff had been very professional yet kind and warm. Breakfast is nice, very wide offer, the receptionist were extremely efficient and nice, the room is thoroughly clean, yet a bit old-fashioned. But that adds the charm!

The facade was currently undergoing works so the windows was obstructed temnporarily. However, they're going to get new facade aln new brown wooden windows, much more beautiful thanold white ones. Shame tath the historical restaurant is closed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Definitely the best part about my stay here! The breakfast was also good.

The room didn't have air conditioning, but that was a minor issue.

The staff are fantastic - they gave me tips on what to do, sorted my taxi for me and were super friendly. I had a later flight and they were flexible with my check out, very much appreciated in the heat. Breakfast is good - range of food, oat milk available and eggs on demand. The location is excellent for getting to know the city - easy to find and close to many of the sights and the tram.

It has super central location, big and comfortable rooms and fantastically friendly personal. I was surrounded by care at all times of the day. Breakfast was as at home. Thank you!

Great location at the central square, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, giant room wit A/C, sofa and bathtub. If they had elevator, they could easily have more than two stars.

It's a very old hotel and it's clearly visible. Sometimes, wifi was weak.

It is a cute traditional hotel in the downtown of Osijek. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. The stuff is very friendly.

Everything was great. The only thing that I could mention is that the hotel is at the moment in renovations. It did not cause any discomfort, but from the outside it does not look as nice as it normally does.

The best possible location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff. Incredible generous Slavic breakfast: lots of vegetables, pickles, fruits, berries, and Easter eggs. For such a breakfast I am ready to forgive a lot ?

Room is a little worn out (renovation is taking place, but it seems only from the outside), there was no shampoo, bed was too soft; very few sockets in convenient places, stains on the carpet.Very specific: since the main cathedral is nearby on Easter Sunday they ring the bells quite loudly starting at 6 am, it was very good to hear in the room...

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than generous for the price we paid with lots of variety not found even in more expensive hotels. The location is perfect to explore Osijek on foot and they even have free gated parking.Unfortunately the building is being renovated so due to scaffolding I was unable to open my window and it got a bit stuffy.

Location is excellent, in the very city centre. The staff is very kind and it's pretty clean.However, the hotel itself is in a very bad shape, looks like it wasn't refurbished for ages... ?

What a terrible experience! It is worse than a hostel! The rooms are spooky and cold, heating is very poor, there is no hot water to shower, not once in five days! Some refugee people are actually living here, one lady was constantly stopping by at the breakfast time and steal the food (she especially likes the eggs). What a terrible value for money... Rooms are not equipped, too. They don't speak english and very little german, but you can speak russian with them.

Everything was perfect. The location is right in the city center, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. All facilities are included. Just book it and don’t think twice, you will have a great experience.

We had a very friendly welcome from our host who was incredibly helpful, even though we'd arrived early she found us a room and gave us some great advice on places to visit and eat. We needed to leave for a very early train the next morning and they were so concerned that we were going to miss out they made us a very generous take-away breakfast. Thank you so much. The hotel is well located on the main square and has a touch of faded elegance which adds to its charm; everything works and there was plenty of hot water which is all we need.

This is a hotel in retro atmosphere, where past and present are living together. Being in the right of the center of the town, everything is at your hands.

The staff at the reception - always really kind, helpful, but on nice distance. You feel like coming to familiar place.

People working there are so nice and friendly. Location is in city centre which is great and parking is easy accessible. Just note that you are booking 2 star old hotel, so don't expect luxury.

Very nice old style Hotel with a flair of K&K (Kaiser & König) Times. Interior somewhat between outdated and historical. Everybody very nice. Clean and in a good shape. Rooms to the front give a nice view and impression of the small towns life.Whole town is quite relaxing, good restaurants and lots of old buildings.
