Great location and beautiful views

There was a private party when we stayed so it was quote loud. Facilities were a bit outdated.

Very poor

I encountered a service that was far below my expectations. I found several bugs in my room, not only on the floor but even inside the towels. This situation seriously affected my comfort and raised concerns about hygiene.Additionally, the breakfast service was quite insufficient. Once the food at the buffet ran out, it was not replenished, which resulted in many guests not being able to fully benefit from the breakfast. I kindly request that necessary measures be taken to rectify this situation.

Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great, and we had a lovely view over the river. The staff were super helpful with our many requests.

I wish they would either turn off the music or play something calmer in the hallways. The incessant pop music was a bit annoying.

Not a lot of people

Room was full of smelly bugs, didnt have things like mini bar, iron, slippers, mantel, etc. but those things were listed in price.There was a fridge but only one outlet for eletricity, so you can watch tv or have fridge turned on. The same with the bed side, one outlet, so you can charge your phone or have the lamp on, not both. Very poor breakfast, theres no restaurant in hotel or near hotel. Stuff was great!

Clean ans spacious room. Excellent WiFi, big free parking.

Difficult to get to the centre over the river in the evening. The restaurant was closed.

The hotel was lovely and the room had a beautiful view of the calm and serene river. The breakfast was very good and the best part was the amazing dinner we had in the restaurant. Served by a very nice member of staff who gave us excellent menu advice and was so patient with our questions. The food was superlative, and wine superb.

Spacious and clean rooms, helpfull staff from reception desk and amazing staff from restaurant and bar.

Breakfast is until 10am.My suggestion is to be until 11am during the weekends especially because the hotel has wedding venue and purpose of our trip was a wedding and it was obvious that was hard to get up early and come to breakfast on time. :)

Clean hotel with proper waitresses in the restaurant, with not too many options but good quality breakfast

the staff in reception do not speak English well. I told them clearly the consumption of drink from the minibar, but they missed to charge (5 EUR ). what I did not noticed as I was in rush. Than they called me three times, wrote to me an SMS , contacted me on Viber and thru booking.com messaging in an hour when I had other program and requested to send all details of my credit card immediately or go back to the hotel. I refused this but confirmed also in written form after I checked that I confirm this 5 Euro and I am going to send at my earliest convenience as soon as I arrive home. Than they called me same day again (Sunday) at 21:00 to chase this 5 Euro. Really crazy.

Friendly receptionist. Clean well stocked room. Beautiful view of the river.

We were the only guests in the hotel. It was clear that we would be the only guests having breakfast in the morning no one informed the staff or asked us whether we would have breakfast earlier. As a result we had to leave without having breakfast. The price included breakfast.

Big comfort room, cool and plesant staff. Good breakfast. Recomend to stay.
