Staff was very helpful. Dining was great, both dinner and breakfast.

Bedding, comforter was too heavy for summer months.

Rooms and lobby with restaurant and bar. Breakfast was also great and staff is extremely polite.

Small spa for such big hotel.

The staff’s kindness truly stands out everyone is extremely attentive and helpful, with special praise for Renato at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful.The cleanliness is excellent, and we especially appreciated their green concept: if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you receive a complimentary drink at the reception. It’s clear that sustainability is taken seriously and genuinely practiced.The location is beautiful, right by the water, which makes breakfast a special experience. The restaurant is fully glassed and offers a direct view of the river.The bed and pillows are very comfortable, so much so that you don’t feel like leaving the room.

Location

Price is high like you are in Hotel plaza in Denmark, the value of the room I paid 175 euros should be a maximum of 80 euros for what it provides, also parking is paid an additional 12 euros per day. Breakfast nothing special. I hope I helped at least a little future travelers when choosing a hotel.

Room with river view was really awesome. Great lunch box that has been prepared for us since we had an early flight ;instead of breakfast).

Fitness room - rubbing track is missing

Nice and decent hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good bed. Location is great.

The gym could be better, and the spa is on the small side. Breakfast is ok.

Everything was fine - missing cacao for children was done immediately.

Everything what didn't change since I was here the last time. The rooms, the basic things.

The wellnes was unusable due to maintenance. They didn't announce it in advance. Also the breakfast is wors and wors every time.

I love this Hotel! The breakfast, the rooms, the wellness place on the top floor. Just love it.

There was some renovation this time, so it was a little bit too noisey sometimes. Also it gets more and more expensive. Still we will come back next time :)

You must leave hotel bar at 11. Even if you still have your drink. We have to go in hotell loby. It was verry bad experience. Never see such a practice. Hotel is here to acomodate their guests, not to please some vierd manager.I would definetly avoid this hotel if you find something similar around.

Clean, location, dining options

Terrible almost non existent WiFi in the room. They had some loud repairs done in the room near by starting at 8am.

The beds are very comfortable and the staff are brilliant. The restaurant is sensational. Not one bad meal in the 3 night stay and again the waiting staff were superb.

Clean but they missed cleaning the room one day and I asked the front desk to send someone with at least towels and toilet paper but no one came so I had to make a second request.

The air conditioning didn’t work well and the lobby bar and restaurant were under construction.

Central position with the parking, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a path along Drava river. Polite staff.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit on the small side.

Clean, Well kept facility. Good amenities.

No restaurant or bar due to construction. I didn’t expect this in the middle of tourist season.

Breakfast was good but very basic. Elevators small.

Did not get the fresh towels after room cleaning one day out of three. We left the used towel on the bathroom floor like we do in most hotels.
