- Cleanliness, beautiful room, and friendly staff
- It was comfortable and quiet
Cons -
- They allowed flight staff to take their free airport shuttle at 4:30 AM but did not allow us - we had to pay for a taxi even though they advertise free shuttle. They said no shuttle before 6AM and the shuttle we saw had been reserved. WOW! That is BAD!
