Nice and cossy, the room is clean and in a good location.

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, as well as the waiters! The room was very clean and quiet and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant! The hotel is just a few minutes walking from the town center and UFM Arena.

I would suggest some more sweet food for breakfast, like a cake or croissants.

Room was very clean with a nice balcony area. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly.

Walls are thin, if your neighbor is noisy, you’ll hear it. Door needs a physical key like the lock on a house, which is really outdated in 2025. If your room is warm and you open the window for fresh air, there is considerable traffic noise.

Rooms were very good, clean and had enough space, just like the pictures. The restaurant had great food and options for extra spiciness which I appreciated. All in all I'd recommend it.

The waiter barely spoke English, but we still managed to communicate.

Moldy. The give you a remote “if requested”. The AC remote has a chain around it, that already makes me feel very welcome.

Easy access from the highway. It has big and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Close to supermarkets/ shops.

Great stop point when you have a road trip. Really close to the border of Austria. Room has everything you need. There is a refrigerator at the reception that you can use. Very clean.

Our room was right next to the cleanning lady room so early in the morning we were wake up from the voices.

The room was clean and tidy, completely adequate for one night. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional.

I arranged in advance for a late, 13:00 checkout. I had this confirmed in an email. Yet, when checking in, the guy on the front desk insisted on telling me over-and-over again, that this is not not normal, and that his boss told off the guy who arranged this, how it had caused a huge inconvience that day, and how he knows this doesn't concern me, yet he just kept on-and-on about it. Hotel is next to a busy road, far from the centre of town, has no lobby area, and the restaurant is in an adjoining building.

Good food. Reliable customer service - i.e. arranging taxi for specified time.

Room too warm... but we turned the heater down ourselves so no drama.No refund if room were to be cancelled after booking. Not that we needed it, but this is an unusual nowadays.

Noisy, you could hear everything from the neighbour room. Breakfast very basic. The location is not good if you do not have a car, the old city center is far.

Very nice hotel in a little town shopping area close to the border. The room was nice, silent and clean. The young lady receptionist was professional, very helpful, speaking a very good English. The breakfast and dinner were great in the hotel' cosy restaurant. Good price for half board.
