Aqua Hotel Termál

We have room n. 110. We bought deluxe room. Nothing was deluxe. Small room, small window, bad view.

The staff was rude, the room was looking old and the bed was not very comfortables.

Close to the hot springs, entry ticket is included, could book additional treatment, there is a small sauna and a small thermal swimming pool working till 22, after the main thermal swimming pools are closed.

They started cutting trees in the yard before 8 am, so the noise woke us up. Our room was on the first floor and clearly heard people walking in the room above us all the time.

Location and staff all very nice.

I was injured on the first day. The bathroom drain broke under me on the first day (I weigh 70kg) and my right foot got stuck in the drain hole and I injured my ankle. The defect and injury were reported, and the maintenance man came right away and fixed it, but no one from the staff cared about my injury nor apologized to me and with my injured ankle, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy the pools and especially not the sauna.

Central, Thermal bath accesible, entrance fee included in accomodation. Good breakfast. Exceptional, stylish restaurant 'Hársfa Étterem' at about 300m distance, with delicious hungarian dishes, you must try.

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, which reduced the quality of the stay. The craftsmen observed silence from six to eight o'clock. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff (?) gathered in the shelter under the hotel windows at six in the morning and had a noisy communication.

Great location, super friendly staff, free entry to the thermal baths

Breakfast was mediocre, walls / ceilings are quite thin and neighbours can be overheard, the door lock was tricky to operate

Place really near of the spa. We used gate in the garden and we were in spa during 5 minutes. Room was ok without problems.

We must paid parking. Why in the hotel? Women in reception were really bored without smile. For breakfast I had old roll and bread. Cheese was as chemical cheese without quality. It was without fruit.

It was ok but no ice and juice was warm.

Aircondition not work....take 5h cool from 26celsius to 22..fridge warm..drinks warm..towels not clean properly and old...bed sheets outdated...

The swimming pool is nice (not sure about the quality of the water).

The pool closed 8 in the evening. The check-in was dramatic. It took the poor woman at the check in about half an hour to check me in. In a room I didn’t order. But at least I had a room: some people weren’t so lucky even though they had a confirmation.

not a hotel but a stable

When we arrived at the hotel at night after a long drive, we were told that we could arrive in the morning when we gave our passports for registration. When we objected, we were threatened that if we didn't have a passport, there would be no room. We said that we had already paid for our rooms and that this threatening language was not true. It has exorbitant fees for a very poor quality hotel, and we were also threatened. I won't go again and I won't recommend it to my friends or family. Nonsense.

Not worth money spent on it.

Its more 2 stars hotel. Not worth money spent on it. Smelly toilet. Wellness small dirty hot water pool. Outdoor swimming pool is separate facility next to hotel that is in process of renovation. Mostly older people destination. Poor breakfast menu.

Thermal bath usage is included, we could use it also on the day of check-out.

Our room was not in the main building bot over the parking lot.

Received a mail cancelling a night before my booking dates,personal speaking badly other language and are unfriendly but not all only 1 personal duty on the 12.08.23 afternoon shift ,we’re rebooked for another hotel

Good location, close to restaurants and the EuroVelo 6 bike trail.

Not clean. Towels far from white. No bar or food options outside of 3hr bfast and 2hr dinner windows. Restaurant chairs, walls and buffet trays splattered with food. Not clean or nice. Staff was “stressed” and unpleasant.

The baths/pools were great! There were pools to swim and to just sit down and relax. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful.

The kids pool was good - but there was no shower which was a bit disappointing

Breakfast was very poor! Not much options, boiled eggs were soggy - not much options for the kids we ended up not eating anything the bread was not fresh
