We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, with highlights including a delightful dinner and breakfast. The location suited us perfectly, as we enjoy strolling around. The hotel and restaurant staff were exceptionally kind and hospitable, adding to the overall warmth of our stay.

I liked the breakfast, the staff, the location and practically everything.Braunau is very nice and people-warm city.Not far from the hotel (~800m) there is an excellent Brauhouse (Beer House), I don't remember it's name exactly, where the beer, dishes, nature and Braunau people's charisma are mixed well.

I ordered the room, because booking.com said that there is a balcony in the room.I like to order rooms with balconies for smoking.There are no balconies at all!So, I think, this is the mistake of the booking.com service.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast and I can recommend the restaurant as well.

The rooms are located upstairs and the facility has no lift.

Sweet little hotel. We had the two bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor for four nights. It was spacious and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. The staff was exceedingly accommodating. On our last night, I mentioned that we wouldn't have time for breakfast in the morning, as we had to just be on our way - the staff member offered to make us a snack box to-go instead. They made us a huge box - five sandwiches, bananas, plums, apples, yogurt drinks. It was a very generous and sweet gesture. The BEST part of this hotel is the restaurant! We dined here two of the four nights that we stayed here, and the food was REALLY GOOD!

One pillow per person, as opposed to two. There's a kitchen in the apartment (it's advertised as such), but there's only a fridge in the kitchen. There was no way to boil water for tea/coffee and there was no microwave, which would have come in handy as we had lots of leftovers that we could've enjoyed had we been able to heat them up. In their defense, maybe microwaves in hotel rooms are not a thing in Austria/Germany. The hotel we stayed at in Munich also did not have a microwave in the suite.

Quality hotel rooms . You can get great food & excellent austrian beer at their cosy stube.

Maybe the price ah ah

Was to check in on a Sunday, There was no one there for check in. On calling was told the reservation has been cancelled and booking agent has been informed. On sending an email complain next day was told the booking was not cancelled and if guest was having difficulty to check in could have rung the bell which is directly connected to owner. Another reply for same complain said that self check in instructions were given, which they had not sent. All communication was in German which we had to translate, was told that we had asked for German to be means to communicate. Hindi & English r the only 2 languages we know, why would we ask for German ?

There was no one to check in guests.

Clean Room with good space and soundproofing. Professional and kind Staff.Good restaurant inside.Parking free.

Breakfast came with freshly cooked eggs and bacon which was great welcome in the morning. The rooms were spacious.Food choices were available on site or about 10 mins walk away.

The shower gels were finished but they did not change until the 3rd day of my stay.
