- good location- AC works well- Nice little fridge- Nice, clean room-Friendly receptionist (In the evening, I could neither enter through the hotel's main door nor enter my room. There was nobody at the reception but called at the number on the reception and got directed to get a chip for emergency door opening. Thank God it worked!) -Small but nice breakfast

-No electric kettle in the room-Keycards don't work efficiently

Good breakfast, good location - walking distance to city centre, close to legoland by car (less than half an hour).

Very safe, cute and chic, cozy but minimalistic at the same time giving a spacious feel in small spaces.

AMAZING breakfast! EZ access to shopping and bakeries/restaurants. Only a couple minutes walk to the teeny local Christmas market and only about ten minutes from the good sized Christmas market in Ulm. Nice area. 2 day stay about perfect for this area in winter, in the summer I'd stay longer and do more sightseeing in the surrounding communities.

Very nice place near Ulm center and Münster over Danube. Very friendly staff. Good wifi. Recomend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from my room wasn't really worth mentioning, but it was towards the courtyard and very quite. A spaceous parking lot was offered about 2-3min away.

The hotel doesn't have a parking. They said public parking is available nearby but it is just a street parking with a maximum of 2 hours duration. If you arrive by car with a lot of luggage you may have to park far away and cary the luggage to the hotel.The breakfast was not very rich. The elevator was very small and it was stopping between the floors (you had to climb a few stairs before reaching the room).The room was not very well soundproofed, we could hear the noise of the cars on the street.

Very closed to Ulm city centre. The rooms are cleaned and comfortable. There is always a little chocolate waiting for you. The breakfast is good.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was easy to reach via public transport or a short walk from the old town.

The room had an AC, but even in the slowest mode, the room was getting too cold.

It is a small but well equipped hotel. The location is also pretty ok, not very far from the city centre and close to the shopping mall. We had good time, a good breakfast and a welcoming service.

The place was very central but also really quiet. 5 minutes walking from the riverside, also lots of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes in walking distance. Person can easily explore both Ulm and Neu Ulm from this location just by walking. We arrived by car, it was easy to park on the street but also the hotel has a parking for very reasonable price. It's in the near of the trainstation as well if you arrive by train. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the people were very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will go there again

The hotel has a public parking place for cars in the neighbourhood, where the car can be freely parked through a entrance key provided by the hotel. The hotel service was professional and friendly and kindly ask for all obligatory documents for COVID 19 (negative test result).

Very basic breakfast, however also caused by COVID 19 measures which made it impossible to provide a buffet.

Good location near the center, basic and clean room, firm and comfortable beds, everything one needs for a quite night and good breakfast. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money,
