Hotel Neuthor

The room was and lovely and the location was great, right next to the Old City and close to the Danube. Very convenient for cyclists. Breakfast was very generous.

I recently stayed at Hotel Neuthor and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Again thank you for two lady’s that gave me early check-in

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD

Such a lovely little hotel in an excellent location. Everything was very clean and the staff were so welcoming. The breakfast was just great. There is an amazing selection for everyone and is therefore great value.

Such a great hotel, staff super friendly and helpful, nice quiet rooms with comfortable beds - just perfect for a city break being very close to Ulm Minster etc

The hotel is centrally located, yet on the outskirts of the car-accessible areas. The main square is a two-minute walk away. There's paid parking nearby; it wasn't expensive. The staff is friendly. We had an attic room; it was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.

There are no particular negatives. The things to note, at least for me, are: there are practically no closets in the room; in the bathroom, there's nowhere to put your things (I had to put the hairdryer on the floor); the breakfast room is very small, and you have to reserve a time slot or you won't find a table; breakfast is standard fare.

Everything. This is the second time we have visited this lovely little hotel in Ulm, and again, it didn't fail. Great location, lovely room. More than adequate breakfast and the staff are lovely

On the way back of our trip we chose this hotel again and were very pleased again. Excellent location, polite staff, good breakfast, beautiful room with a nice view from the window. The hotel does not have its own parking, but that's even good. There is an underground guarded parking 50 meters away, where our SUV could easily fit. After checking out of the hotel, leaving the car in the parking lot, we could calmly walk around the city.

Everything was to my liking.- very quiet street, close to centre, train station, Münster- Cozy room, nice and firm mattress, coffee/tea, kettle, small fridge, excellent WiFi reception, very clean- helpful staff

Great location, right in the center, all the sights are within walking distance. Good service both at the reception and at breakfast. The rooms are well and professionally decorated, have everything you need. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is an underground guarded parking nearby, at a very affordable price and where you can easily park an SUV. It is even convenient. We stayed for one night and after checking out of the hotel, leaving the car in the parking lot, we calmly walked around the city.

Well sized bathroom. Well equipped breakfast

Very bad cleaning. There was several gummybears laying on the carpet, clear and visible. There was also dust on shelfs and closet. Futher more there was garbage from a former visitor and breadcrumbs on the table. Very unhygenic. We submitted the findings via the hotels in-room tablet and told the receptionist at checkout but really no reaction from either.

The accommodation is in a very good location, with a nice view of the Ulm Münster from the upper floor. The room was clean and comfortable, although quite small.

Although we indicated that our daughter is disabled and the hotel has an elevator to the 3rd floor, we were given a room on the 4th floor, where there is no elevator. So I had to carry my daughter up the stairs.
