Comfor Hotel Ulm City

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was super big, very spacious. The parking was easy in the garage though the free lots were limited.The breakfast was good quality and the service was really kind, preparing eggs as you wish. The location was easy to find and from walking distance to the city center.

The Wi-Fi basically didn’t work in my room, it was annoying. The room felt muggy when entered, I had to open the window.

The staff upgraded us on check in to the biggest room they have. It was a top floor loft with views in all directions. The breakfast was great and my kids, who are known to be picky eaters, enjoyed it too. We had great accommodations and the location was exactly what we wanted. It was an easy walk to the Ulm Minster plus many food options. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful with suggestions. If we are in the area again, we'll be sure to stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent, and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We were in the Family Comfort Suite, a large suite with mini kitchen space, 1.5 bathrooms, a separate bedroom, and large living room area with 2 beds that folded out of cabinets. It was clean, comfortable for 4 adults, and a good deal!

Nice, big room. Within walking distance of the Marktplatz. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast a bit limited. The double rooms were as expected but the single room was less equipped and outdated.

We stayed at the bigger family room. The room was very spacious and the the beds were big and comfortable. Getting to the room was a bit tricky. We didn’t have the breakfast. Location was very good. Parking was pretty easy.

Getting to the room with luggage was not easy. The bathroom was not very comfortable but did the job. Otherwise it was a worth stay.

We stayed at this hotel during our vacation for a short stay, and it was a fantastic choice! The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection to start the day. The family room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.The location is ideal, close to downtown Ulm, making it easy to go shopping and enjoy the many great restaurants nearby. Another big plus was the very good parking spot, conveniently located close to and connected with the hotel, making arrival and departure hassle-free.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

The hotel is a great place to stop over after a long trip from UK before heading to the slopes in Austria - this is our 3rd visit

The hotel is in a walking distance from the city center and the room we stayed was comfortable and spacious.

The windows' isolation needs to massively improve (we heard the cars even when the street was almost empty) and the entire hotel needs to be renovated.

Clean, good facilities, excellent Location.

We really appreciated the family suite, which was on two levels. Room was simply furnished but cleanliness was impeccable. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise! There were a lot of savory and sweet delicacies, including salmon tartelettes. Position is incredibly good, there is an underground parking of a shopping mall right below the hotel, with an elevator directly serving it. Very good price/quality ratio.
