Clean and central.

A bit too old the building. In the cracks of the floor there was quite a bit of dust and dust pan.

Very central location, easy check in and check out and friendly, helpful staff. The room was beautifully finished and a lovely bathroom. Very pleased to have stayed here.

It was above a bar which was a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us too much.

Almost everything was perfect except the fact that there was no hot water in the tab and there was mould in the head of the douche. Not critical, but I would really wanted to rate this hotel excellent and these small nuances made me change my mind with the aim not to criticise, but to help the hotel to improve. Everything else was really excellent& the location, the room, the bed was really comfortable.

Location, cleanliness, excellent breakfast, welcoming staff

Family feel and professionally run. Breakfast was the best we have had in a lovely quiet dining room. We plan to return when in Europe next year.

A very small thing (and only for tea drinkers!) - milk available for tea would be good although we did ask for it and was provided.

The location was excellent, within a few minutes walk of the famous cathedral, the Danube, and countless restaurants. The staff were friendly and quiet helpful.

During the night there was very loud music coming from the bar downstairs, even after 10 PM. The reception was already closed, so I had to call the police myself — in a foreign city, in the middle of the night. This is absolutely not something you should have to deal with on vacation. Very disappointing.

We had once again an exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the service throughout our stay was flawless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

The location and the coffee at the room was really good. Reception staff was very kind.

There was a hidden door between the other room. When I pushed it, it moved. There wasnt any handle. Probably it was for connecting 2 room. We didnt feel uncomfortable about this but we heard everything while our neighour talking on the phone. Also fridge could be a nice touch.
