The water changes temperature while you’re showering. I got a 3rd degree burn because of that

The first room has strong cigarette smell which I and my son can not stay there. I ask a reception to change the room. The second one is fine. Staff is not friendly. She just does the routine check in/out, no service mind which is different from the other ibis's chain that I have stayed.

When we arrived the person on reception wasMore interested in his mobile phone than checking us in.Why are the air conditioning units in the rooms so hard to operate ? It got hot very quickly and a cold shower was needed. Only the next morning we managed to open the window. The room did look tired and in need of refurbishment.

This basic budget hotel is convenient for the train station, 8 minutes walk away. The quiet room I requested was very quiet. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was served from 6.30 - great for catching early trains - and there was plenty to eat, with excellent coffee from the machine. The lock on my room jammed and I got locked out; the receptionist and caretaker were helpful in fixing it.

Having to pay €6 a day to see the television, so I went without.On the last 2 days I got a lot of insect bites. There may have been a mosquito in the room, but I was also bitten/stung on my legs and feet while sleeping, so I am not sure where the bites came from.

the walls are white thin, you could hear every noise in the neighbouring rooms/aisle . not a hotel problem, more a building problem of course!
