B&B Hotel Ulm

location, clean and value

My mother in law who is 90 tried to get into the hotel. The door is very, very heavy. She struggled and struggled and no one helped her. The front desk saw her but didn't help. Not good.

The location was central to Ulm and a five minute walk to my aunt I was visiting.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

No Parking space in the garage. No charging in the garage which is prommised on the website.

Room was good and new, the shower was good barring the fact the handle on the door was a hole, so water leaked.

Said leaky shower, and a very tight parking entrance which required you to visit the hotel on foot first to get code, which should be requestable.

Easy check in, very clean and it has a great location, short walk to the city center.

The room was very hot even though outside it was freezing.

We had a wonderful stay at the B&B Hotel! Our room was comfortable, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was simple, but warm, perfectly boiled eggs were a nice touch that made it feel like a step up from continental breakfast.

Good value for the money. Small but cosy room. Clean. Bath room is OK. Ulm Minster 15 minutes walk. Easy check-in, no check-out.

A water heater could have been provided. Due to the size, no fridge. The garage was tight a little bit, and not independend from the weather. Parking not really possible on the street. There was no vegan selection for the breakfast.

Clean room, comfortable beds, kind staff, warm & quiet, distance to old town was walkable. Great for a one-night stay to check out the Christmas market. Parking garage underneath was tight (and therefore a little stressful) for my large car, but convenient.

Room was very small. We arrived in the evening and missed the pizza option at the reception desk, and there weren’t really any good restaurant options nearby.

Most expensive B&B Hotel of our trip!

I book this hotel often when i travel to Ulm. Calm, comfortable and central, it is a good port for me.

The smell in the floors leading to the rooms is not really pleasant. I guess it has to do with the floor carpets which are everywhere.

The hotel is located in a perfect position, close to the center and to the train station

Although I'm usually happy with this hotel, this time I've been negatively surprised by the poor cleanliness of the room. The air conditioning split, which is used both for refreshing and for heating up the room (the latter was the case, as it was at the end of November) showed clear signs of low maintenance and cleaning. One could spot the air filter completely ingulfed with dust and dirty particulate.Moreover, signs of hands were on the wardrobe wall and, in general, a very strong weird smell could be sniffed starting from the room's corridor.

Great location, close to city Centre and HBF only a 6 minute walk

There is only one lift in the place.No fridge or coffee making facilities in room.We found out on the last day that you can ask for a kettle. Would been nice if the staff would told us that when checking in.

Room service was bad, they were asked to change the sheets and the towels several times but they didn’t do it

The area

Nice location in a walking distance to the railway station and old town. It was nice to watch the trains passing by and thanks to soundproofing they absolutely didn’t bother us during the night. Also we were lucky to get a room with the astonishing view of the cathedral. Hotel also offers easy self check-in.

Breakfast was really overpriced so I would recommend to eat somewhere else
