Nice and clean

A little out of the way but a 10 minute drive to the heart of town!

The hotel itself is quite nice: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed; and the staff is friendly and helpful. The coffee/tea/water bar (available until 22:00) is appreciated.

The hotel is located in a light industrial park, and there was a fair amount of noise in the parking and outside area, much of which made its way into the room. There isn't much around the hotel, certainly not withing walking distance, and most of Ulm is about seven or eight kilometers away. There is a tram stop relatively close, though.

Wel situated when looking for a place to stop-over. Clean, modern, decent breakfast, free parking space all add up to a pleasant experience. Would certainly return when I need a place to stay around Ulm.

Proximity to autobahn

We made a booking for 4, 2 adults and 2 children (explicitly mentioned in the reservation). After arrival we noticed we only have 3 pillows (2 double beds). At the reception, lady forced us to pay for the 2nd childs pillow. Before we did this, she humiliated us in front of the room, in front of other hotel employees and guests. Avoid this hotel if you want to avoid additional charges( invoice was not issued after second payment) and public humiliation! P.S. refrigirator didnt work

Good hotel for an overnight stay while travelling the A8 or A7 autobahn. Modern rooms, good breakfast, free parking. No air conditioning though, and it was very hot when we stayed here.

Super friendly and well english speaking receptionist at check-in. He was very kind, fun and friendly. Felt welcomed. The family room had a great size and was well cleaned.

The room was soooo hot and there's no cooling except from opening the window, which didn't provide us with much cooling. I guess it's my fault for not checking that A/C was a part of the room but it was still too hot. The breakfast was eatable but very basic. Not a breakfast I would be looking particular forward to as I normally would in hotels.

Free parking. Outside terrace was very pleasant. Great breakfast. Service from managers with drinks and advice was good. Tram to Stadt Mitte was excellent.

The bathroom towels are of a bit of a poor standard. Unusually warm at the moment, a fan would have helped.

Good price quality rate. Clean hotel room. Enough space for your stuff. Hotel offers coffee, tea and water in the dining space. It is possible to eat there your ordered take away food. That is easy when you are on the road

Lake of basic amenities.

After a long trip from Kent we were very warmly greeted by the chap on reception very friendly and helpful ?, the room was huge and very clean and comfortable very close to motorway so easy to get to, breakfast was great

No coffee making facilities

The location of the hotel is on the outskirts of town, so you will need to drive for instance, to the nearest restaurant. The area the hotel is located in feels safe and there is ample car parking right behind the building. Check in was swift and friendly. This is a budget hotel and the rooms are fairly basic. However the room was very clean and the bed linen of a high quality. The bathroom was generous in size, but the towels were thin. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. A nice touch is that tea, coffee and fruit juices are available complimentary all day. If you wish to eat in the evening, there are a selection of menus of local restaurants who will deliver to the hotel. Driving from the UK to Italy, my preferred route is via Germany and Austria. Ulm is a great place to stay overnight to break the journey.

Breakfast was excellent, also the free soft drinks, coffee & Tea in the evening was good.

The heating takes long time to warm up the room. would be better to turn it on earlier.

Position close to the highway and a few restaurants. Very nice and helpful staff.

It was really close to the University and had enough free park places.

Too far from city center. Without car could be more complex to reach.
