Poorest on the long trip

The room type I book has a picture of kitchenette, but in reality, there is a old wardrobe with some boiler inside, the property insists that there’s no kitchenette in the room type, but why you put a photo then? Misleading or cheating! Booking refunded me a compensation on their own for this unpleasant condition, because there was indeed a mismatch. the WiFi couldn’t work for long time the second night, and the bed is very poor and old. For positive rating, there is a free loud speaker to get for free, I guess that’s where quite many good reviews come from.

great room, big enough. we were a group of five, and the room was bigger than we expected. the kitchen was helpfull. great location. i didnt meet the staff, the communication was online, but it was great, without any problem.

litte bit cold, without any possibility to heat the room. during taking the shower, the water leaked to the bathroo floor a lot

The Refrigerator was not working and very small. The Electric water kettle was not clean.

Ergonomically well arranged given the limited space.Massage chair was a bonus to have. After a long drive, this is really good to have in your room. Kudos to the person who had this idea implemented.

The wardrobe was too old, and it did not open at all . We have to keep all our bags outside.

It was a good experience, everything was perfect, the location was very good, close to restaurants and city center. The room was clean and big enough for 4 people. We have a great time.

This was the perfect hotel for our big family in Ulm. In the middle of everything with parking nearby. It had everything we needed for a one night’s stay. Two bunk beds with three beds each, clean mini kitchen with microwave and small refrigerator, clean bathroom. A lot of cool little extras, too like free postcards, paid popcorn machine, discounts to nearby restaurants, library, kids adventure section, free tips, and more.

Fab place to stay. Loved the massage chair. Kids both loved it. Really great value for money. If you are in Ulm I’d also thoroughly recommend Herrenkeller for food.

The place was very clean and provided all the required facilities. Everything was great in terms of price. If you are looking just for a sleep over place, I highly recommend this apartment hotel.

It's not what it seems but it's worse!

Description was misleading as the place was not an apartment for families but a hostel. A very small room with 6 bunk beds. Bedsheets were not the cleanest but a giant plasma TV was in the room to compensate. we didn't used. Would never go back despite a so called good price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Location is very central.

You get crammed into a space that is far too small for six beds / persons. Impossible to breathe at night.

Value for money location and cleanliness. Plenty of info on parking.
