The place was very spacious. The location is amazing and close to all the place that I planned to visit during our stay. The design is beautiful and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Very nice apartment close to Ulm City Center. It was bigger than expected and am well equipped. Enjoyed staying there a lot.

Nothing really (perhaps the sofa bed was not the most comfortable but it was definitely good enough for a night)

Location was good. We booked a parking in the yard and it was a good thing to do. Place looked secure with key card access to elevator and doors. Beds were comfortable, but sofa could have been better.

The door to key card box was stuck and we couldn't open it on the first few tries. Staff could be more thorough when cleaning the rooms.

Everything was just fine. We didn't spend much time there though, arriving at 9pm and leaving at 8am next moring. The only complaint we had was about the second bed: since we specifically reserved a room for 2 adults and one child, the third sleeping spot was actually a bunkbed not very comfortable.

Easy location for arriving by bike, very comfortable apartment, very helpful host. You can't go wrong on this one!

We enjoyed the fact that we’ve been so close to the Ulm centre to see the cathedral and Danube. The place is very clean and I can add funky. Definitely the apartment was converted from an old hidden pub or something. Very modern look and I really appreciate the floor heating and the kitchen.Also they have a box with bits like a soup and water bottles to welcome you which was very lovely and unexpected! Thank you for being so kind and thoughtful! I love the kitchen setting and how they organised the mirrors to give the impression of light and space! The communication also was amazing with all the details in one place for everything that you need. The lift was also very intuitive for English speakers however not all the visitors realised that they have to tap the key fob before choosing their floor and because of the bad timing:) us going up and others going into the building we manage to have a full bunch of people at the -2floor 3 times in one day ? was funny but you may do in the lift a German notice as well. It is strange to be completely underground but we knew in advance that is like a bunker apartment. I can say that I had mixed feelings about it, can’t recommend for the ones who are claustrophobic at all. I don’t have a claustrophobic condition but I still felt a bit of anxiety about being 2 floors down in the ground! Will be great if you can take out the urinal pot from the right bathroom as when you sit on the toilet you almost hit the pot with your head or try to move it further.Having the kids with us during our stay we covered with plastic wrap foil.Also it is useful to buy in advance a parking spot on their site 10€/day

Location is perfect - walking distance from the city center. Clean and big enough for 4 of us. The kids did enjoy the ping pong table even in the cold weather. The self checking is fast and saves lots of time

We manage to enter the apartment an hour later from the official time due to cleaning delays. Even though explained in the cofirmation about the parking was not easy to guess that the main address has internal space accessible straight from the main street and not going around to find it at the back.

Great little apartment perfect for a 4 family member. All what you need you have in the kitchen, only food is necessary. Very comfortable bed and especially pillows. Great location, wi fi a small ventilator for upstairs.

We have to close the windows after 6 because of the bats, and the windows don't have an insect net.

the room was amazing, the LED lights controlled from the app and the sound system (Sonos) as well. The room was very clean and welcoming, as was the fully equipped kitchen.

The location was great, very close to the city centre. There was a parking space in the courtyard of the building, with a little extra charge. The equipment was new, the bathroom, especially the walk in shower was spacious.

We missed some extra smaller pot for preparing coffee, since we prefer Turkish coffee to espresso. There was a coffee machine thoug.

Spacious and comfortable flat equipped with everything necessary. We hadn't realised tho that the terrace is a communal one and not part of the appartment. Unfortunately it is also used by smokers so unpleasant for non smokers.Location is convenient - just ten minutes walk to the centre.

it was a real experience to find the key and be able to enter the room. from the door from the outside entrance to the elevator and the entrance door to the apartment, everything is with that chip key. I admit that it gave me a bit of a headache and until I discovered the place where the key was I thought I would stay outside, luckily the bed upstairs was quite comfortable.

it would be good if there were clearer and more concrete specifications with the place where the key can be taken to enter the apartment

The location of the appartment is very great, since it's only a short walk to the centre of Ulm. You can find all the necessary things in the appartment and there are many shops close by. There's parking available in the courtyard and also a place to store bikes and similar. Obtaining the "key" was easy and worked perfectly.

We were there on a couple of hot days. The street below is loud so you either have it loud and cool in the room during the night or hot and quiet.

The studio is double storey,has a kichent, has hot water kettle,there is parking downstairs.

The house is a little noisy near the road

Good location. Clear check in. Convenient parking (10€ per day). In apartment you have all what you need. Very very!!! comfortable double bed

In hot summer days realy hot apartment. One of windows was broken… No air conditioner. We could use only one window. It was extreme hot in day time

Nothing in particular was likeable about this stay.

The basement apartment does not have 2 bedrooms - both beds are in the large "lounge". The apartment doubles as a basement party centre and would only suit a party group (e.g. stag/hen do's.). Even 2 gents urinals as well as a WC. One in shower and one in toilet.

This is among the best apartments I have booked. It is very well equipped and the people who rent it are very professional. I felt at home.

There was a bit of confusion about finding the key, as we were told to follow the squares on the floor, but we came by car and followed them from parking lot to the main entrance, but then we realized we should follow them in the other direction - from the main entrance to the room with keys in the parking lot :)

Good clean apartment with all needed for cooking and with coffe machine.
