The receptionist at the fest was so great! He was pleasant and helpful even thought it was 0030 in the middle of the night!

The atmosphere was nice, friendly, and welcoming staff in the beginning. But as addition - if you see people that are exhausted, it would be great if you could not have a small talk with them, especially when you see that a person is not up for that. Also waiting for a talk with other customers to finish, when it seemed it wasn't about organisational things, was a bit strange. It's better to leave it for later, if the queue is being made. And continue the talk afterwards if people stay in reception.Great design, visuals, clean rooms, very stylish. Working elevator. That you had tea and coffee in a room and a kettle was really nice.The bathroom was really nice. And curtains in a room that was not allowing light to enter the room, so people can sleep better. Thank you.There are plenty of opportunities to charge electric devices.The location where the shop is nearby is also great.

So you check the soap before people enter your room, and how much is it left there in all 3 tubes.There was a badge about toilettes that must be asked at the reception, but in the reception, there was no such a thing.There was no sugar in the room for tea, as well as no spoons like at all.If you put water bottle in the room, put it for 2 people, not for one (when it's 2 people being in a room), having 1 water and 1 box with napkins on the other hand, was odd. Better 2 water and a box of napkins - just in case.Slippers would be a great addition.Balsam for hair as well, toothbrush and toothpaste if possible.For women - disks out of cotton wool.Change the fan for drying hair, too strong, possible to damage hair with it.It's all for your room for improvement and making your service better, especially when you have new beginnings with new administration.

Bed and pillows are quite comfortable. Great shower (water pressure)

Tv remote was missing from the room? Two glasses and a bottle opener were provided but not even a small bottle of water.

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, a bit far from center but in general it's fine.

Very clean room with comfortable beds, new furniture and smart TV (Miracast). The staff was very friendly.

Unhelpful disinterested member of staff on reception

I liked the location which is outside the centre but walkable distanceI liked the room itself and the hotel is new and smart.I liked pressure of the shower and hotness.Breakfast is good but £££

The bed is soft, The pillows are a big problemMy shower wasn't draining so it ended up making bathroom a pond. A small alteration to the design will solve this issueBreakfast had some option but for 17eur i expected a bit more.

It was a quiet environment, a nice room, and a delicious breakfast.

The surroundings didn't give you a vacation feeling.

Zero parking possibilities (all spaces already taken and nowhere to park nearby) and very unhelpful staff. We left and stayed somewhere else even with the risk of paying for the unused room.

Modern boutique hotel in Ulm. Very modern, funky & fun decor and comfortable public spaces. Room was small, but had everything you need for a stay, including a small desk for working. Bathroom was great, with a walk-in shower that had a place to put soap/shampoo (I always appreciate this!) and towel heater. Beds were very soft (I prefer soft beds) and really comfortable. Breakfast was really good, with a hot selection (eggs/bacon) and a lot of other choices (meats/cheeses, fruit, cereal, veg, etc.). Only think I missed was good decaf coffee (but they had Karo & a selection of teas). Staff was very friendly! Elevator building. About 10 mins. walk from public transport (bus/tram). I'd definitely stay again.

Lighting is odd for the bathroom mirror - not great for putting on make-up. Not enough parking. I had to park somewhat illegally as I came later at night and there were no parking spots in the vicinity. The hotel has 8 spots and doesn't take reservations, so it's difficult if arriving later in the evening. On-street parking is possible, but a gamble.

Parking, staff and breakfast was all aligned with expectations and good value for money. Rooms were clean.

Location is in an industrial area. Taxi towards center around 10€.

The location was good as close to the motorway I cannot say if it was close to the city centre as we did not visit

Breakfast choice was poor, I'm vegan and there was no option apart from bread and fruit, no vegetable milk or yogurt so I had to have a black coffee. The bed linen made us sweat in the night so we guess they were not 100% cotton.

Pleasant

There were not any sleepers, shampoo, refrigerator in the room. No water and glass inside and it was to hard to get down at night for water. No phone also in the room and in case of being sick no way to call to reception or drink water.
