Not worth the price — only the location was good

I found the room quite expensive for the value offered. The towels seemed rather old and worn out, and the washbasin in the bathroom was too small to use comfortably. The bed was a bit noisy when turning or moving during sleep.

Great price and quiet location. Really really top amenities at this price level. The pillow selection alone was such a plus since I have struggled with the traditional pile of fluff offered at other German hotels.

The room was very small for three people. As pilgrims we are used to cramming in. So it was ok for one night but it would be more suitable for two adults and a kid.

We stayed in a room on the 4th floor; the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, so keep that in mind. The room itself was very small, but the bathroom was generously sized. The kitchen was adequate for basic needs. The highlight of the stay was definitely the massage chair – a real treat after a day of exploring!

I was very unsure at first, not using this type of accommodation in the past. I was concerned that the pin number would not come through. My Internet was not working and I had to find the shop in town for it work. Everything worked out in the end.

Cold feet, ? the radiator was on luke warm it wasn't until I was about to leave. I saw a heater tucked in a locker. Maybe a blanket for those of us who are a little older than your average client.

That the location was amazing

Cleanliness was questionable. I tried to drink tea from one of the tea cups in the room and there was a sticky sugar in it. Generally I felt like I had to rewash everything I touched there.The door downstairs was broken and was kept open day and night.

Despite being elderly and worried about all the codes etc it was easy to use and the room was equipped beautifully with everything one could want , even freshly ground coffee,a hair straightener;-), definitely thoughtful!Cute Deco,nice little giveaways,books to borrow, very Asian like ,I thought , slippers to borrow too! also I locked myself out ,but help was near and fast!

Heating was a bit off,but I could use the mini heater!

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was reasonably near the city centre and had good facilities. It had a fridge, which was useful and was good value for money.

It was a bit cramped and didn't have a facility to fill a water bottle up.

The rooms are really clean and comfortable, the owner provided everything that a traveller may need. Also itwas a 10 minute walk to the centre which was excellent.

Easy check-in. Sufficient information was provided before check-in with information like where to park, how to check in, how to collect keys, how to check out, etc.

No reception means you need to call and look for some help. A help number written on a board on the ground floor did not respond when help was needed. The only room service we were able to get was from the cleaning staff the next day.

Nothing basicaly.

There was a balcony for the room, and a glas door between the room and balcony. As I opened the door lot o bird were fly out the broken window. The balcony itself was full of birdshit and many other garbage. Even dead bird bodies were there. Im not a doctor, but Im sure this is higly dangerous place for health. There was nobody even in official time who could help us. I did not get any help from the given phon numbers either. So I suggest to think it over three times before yo u book apartment in this jurassic park.

Accessible from the City Center, and the main train station. Easy self check-in. Bakery and some small restaurants nearby.

Room smaller than expected, no staff available at property.
