The Property has a Lock Box, where the Room key is available, if you are not able to checkin till the Working Hours of the Property. This makes it easier to checkin at late hours. The Property is well located.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from Austria to Denmark. It is conveniently located with just a small detour from the highway. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the room was nice and clean.

There is a noticeable smell of cigarettes in the hallways, and a strong odor from the bar/kitchen on the first floor.No air conditioning in the room.

- Lots of parking places.- The room was quiet and large, beds were comfortable.

- The check-out took like 10min waiting.

I stayed for one night. Easy to get to. The hotel is quiet. I slept well. The room was clean and warm.

The room was quite big with all the essentials. It was clean. The hotel was easy to find and there was a parking lot. The staff members were kind and helpful.

Proximity to Glacis and city center and available free parking.

The room did not have the air conditioner and when we stayed it was 33 degrees outside, therefore quite hot in the room. No fridge in the room.

It was clean, good value and perfect for a family of 4.

Very large family room, perfect for a short stay. The hotel is easy to reach by car and within walking distance from the Danube river and Ulm city center. Ulm is one of the oldest and most beautiful German cities, well worth a visit.You can walk to the city through a park, so all in all very convenient both for touristic purposes and also business travellers. Ample car park within the hotel compound.

The building where our room was located, was not the main building and didn't have an elevator. Bringing luggage for five people up the stairs is not ideal. Also, the hotel wifi wasn't connecting to the internet, which wasn't a major problem for us EU roaming guests, but could be an issue for travellers from other countries. However, this could just have been a temporary problem.

Good size of the room and a good bathroom. Close to the city and the highway.

The pillow was terrible. The toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The doors by the reception was also opened and we met a drunken old man who sat on the street but followed us into the hotel.

The property is in a okay location.

The walls are SUPER THIN. You can hear everything that happens in other rooms. I couldn’t sleep. Someone was trying to come inside my room in the night, it was creepy.

No AC, so it was very hot; didn't like the pillow (but that's personal preference), smokers below my bedroom

The bed was full of small insects and all my body and my husbands been itching all night and even till today

at the time of stay the WIFI signal was not the best, but the management was aware of it and in contact with the provider.

Clean, quiet hotel with easy parking. Very comfortable bed, excellent shower with great pressure, lots of hot water and a handy liquid soap/shampoo dispenser.

Wifi didn’t work. The hotel was great but this was a significant problem that substantially lowered the overall rating.
