Leonardo Royal Hotel Ulm

It was in easy walking distance to downtown and to the old town. The room was clean and comfortable. Onsite parking was not cheap, but so convenient! Breakfast was an additional cost, but well worth the price.

It was in the middle of a construction zone, but that's not the fault of the hotel! However, we were there over a national holiday, so we were not subjected to any construction noise.

Good hotel. Peaceful stay. Near to Ulm HauptBahnoff.

Distance is not much from Ulm Hbf, hotel can provide free pickup service.

Great property rather strangely located in a residential area. Nevertheless, the staff, as well as the rest of the property, did not disappoint. Great room, very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely book here again if in town! Thank you!

Very nice modern hotel. There is major road construction nearby but we didn't hear any noise at all. The room was large and very nice. The lobby was lively at night with a very friendly bartender. Parking was available underneath the hotel and was reasonably priced. Would have liked to stay more than one night.

Our 16 year old was on a pull out chair/sofa but wasn't very comfortable. I think likely suited to a smaller child. Our bed was fantastic and very comfortable.

Rooms are nice , spacious and comfortable, good breakfast, convenient location

staff standards vary, some very helpful and attentive, others not so much restaurant and bar are understaffed which was a factor, Parking spaces are tight.

Very friendly staff, we asked for 2 rooms with a door in between for the children to be able to come to our room and they changed the rsservation immediately. Although it was very busy, they did it with a smile!

Room wasn’t as ordered replacement room stank of smoke - when we complained we were met with a very unhelpful response. rooms were not particularly clean either.

Staff was tired, not friendly, very slow. Restaurant brought me other food, I was waiting too long to check out and also in the restaurant I waited more then 20 minutes to get a drink after ordering

We had a pleasant stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Ulm. The room was very clean and tidy. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue, we did not have hot water in the morning. However, as a gesture of goodwill, the hotel offered to reimburse our breakfast. Very nice!

This is my second visit. I am very pleased and will come again. I like the atmosphere, the chic hall, and the polite staff. Since it is February now, and the room was quite warm; one night I even had to open the window. The soundproofing is good; the neighbors were not heard at all. Oh, I almost forgot, the bed was comfortable.

Kind staff. Pleasant modern vibe. good breakfast. Cool lobby. Okay price. AC working amazingly. Always available garage space. Basic gratis refreshments (water coffee fruit) in lobby are cool. No noise in room.

Outdated Tv without apps or chromecast. Too little space around the badly designed closet and in the bathroom. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Staff not experienced enough. Gym is a joke. Occasionally tasteless decor. Garage costs an extra ~15€ daily. Oh and that cheap a** hairdryer.

Restaurant food was decent.

It took 2 hours to make the child's bed. Even though I called the day before. Also the sheets were stained. The staff in the evening weren't helpful.
