Hotel Restaurant Adler

Staff, Location, cleanliness

All was perfect.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable room

The restaurant was closed for diner. The lack of guests caused a lonely atmosphere.

Close to the Autobahn but too close (didn’t hear the traffic outdoors). Surprisingly good breakfast. Had all you wanted and we left full. Friendly staff!

No restaurant at the hotel not on the small village.

Very good

The rooms are very small and at least for summer time a ventilation or airco is really required given the high humidity.

The location is nice and very quiet. The staff was very kind and understanding. We went there as a family of 4 with 2 kids under the age of 6.It was not so busy at that time so the kids have had fun in the inside pool.Awesome breakfast.

Good

The hotel announces a restaurant but in real the restaurant is closed and we had to take the car to find somewhere else to dinner.

Nice staff. Gotten a bigger room than booked, because the hotel was really empty.

The water in the pool was a little cold, but still good to use.

Location and good breakfast

Somewhat outdated, no diner possible

Very spacious room. Good breakfast, with plenty of options and catering for kids.

Very late arrival possible Attentive via e-mail

Breakfast not included

Large room. The swimming pool was cold, however the sauna was nice and hot.

The staff had never heard of service with a smile. They complained about the noise from our two kids before we had even checked in. Following that we saw the same woman complain about 2 other families who we saw were very well behaved. One complaint we saw to another family was about a sweet wrapper! We were asked if we wanted bath shoes by reception and only were told we had to pay for them.when checking out. Lastly the restaurant was closed the whole time we were there.

Clean Hotel , very quite. We had dinner there and resturant was really good

cheap hotel with good location if you are passing trough.

No english menu in restaurant. Service in restaurant was unfriendly.

Good location near to A7. Friendly and customer oriented receptionist who speaks English very well.

Quiet and comfortable. Great Spa.

Deco need update.

we got a very nice family room with 5 beds and a baby crib upon request. The hotel is nice and clean and the rooms are cozy and clean. It is very close to autobahn 7 for those travelling through Europe. Breakfast costs 10€ per person from 7 years old and it was a decent breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold breakfast food.

The staff didnt seem super serviceminded and are not very visible when sitting at the breakfast.

Was perfect. Plenty of choices.

The shower would not shut off when running bath water. I did not see a valve. Maybe I am just not familiar with the German faucets.

The room was large and clean, the wellness facilities were lovely, and the beds comfortable.

The decor was dated and mediocre, the breakfast boring and the staff unexceptional.

Nice big room, quiet, not a big hotel property, decent restaurant

The booklet of auto tours in the environment

The constant noise of water flowing somewhere (was it the pool below our room?). And the COVID-19 restrictions.
