Design & Lifestyle Hotel Estilo

The staffs were friendly

The room wasn’t clean especially the wall was dirty .

It's in a good location, 15 mins walk from the train station. The personnel was really nice and friendly and I liked the breakfast variety.

The hotel needs some serious renovation and cleaning. The furniture in the rooms is old, it's not cozy or tasteful, no decor whatsoever and just doesn't feel welcoming at all.I also encountered faulty USB outlets, safe was not working, the automatic window blinds also not working, but the curtains don't close all the way. (No, I did not tell anyone, because I was on a tight schedule and didn't have any time to supervise repairman in my room. You should check and do that before guests arrive). Hairdryer was quickly overheating and stopped while drying my hair.Wardrobes were smelly, the shower moldy, toilet also dirty - you could see they were cleaned very superficially. When you first take a look you don't notice, but then you get closer and you do.Also there is no mini fridge in the room and no gym facilities. The offer a gym option for free that's 30 mins from the hotel.

Not really an architectural highlight in an already solemn surrounding, but comfortable and quiet . Comfortable bed and bathroom .

The breakfast cater more for the bread and eggs crowd than for others. Our room had no water or wine glasses in the kitchen .

very perfect, comfortable place. close to the center comfortable quiet room, staff 1000 stars the receptionist who checked me in was very friendly, polite and helpful, I was able to book via booking and pay on site, the receptionist even allowed me to enter the room earlier

zero defects

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and quiet with a big comfortable bed and a good desk to work on. Good shower and overwall nice bathroom.

The toilet bowl had a weird grey stain on it which stayed there despite daily room cleans. The curtain netting on the windows needed a wash. The tub chair on the desk could be more ergonomic as I couldn't sit in it properly without slumping or using force from my feet.

Great location so close to city center and train.Staff is always so pleasant and happy to welcome us back

Value for money...

The Wi-Fi is terrible and it seems the hotel doesn't do anything to fix it. This is my 3rd stay and i will definitely not return because of the terrible Wi-Fi.

Passable

I returned to the hotel after a day at work around 6pm. When I got to my room the door was wide open, purposely held open by a wedge. When I went to reception and asked them why my room was left open, they replied "Oh!, maybe cleaning left it open." No apologies or any other conversation. I had to go to my room and check through all my belongings. I found the response to the fact that my room had been left wide open all day absolutely poor. The receptionist didn't seem to care and acted like I was bothering her by even telling her.

great location, great value, staff is helpful.

very limited parking, rooms are very basic

Good location, decent breakfast.

Bad service at the reception desk. Had to finally call the hotel number to contact anyone upon arrival l, as the desk was unattended, and then still had to wait for 5mins for anyone to show up.

Very pleasant and clean hotel in walking distance from the town center and train station.

wet comfortable and nice designed room with hi tech air conditioning.

location.there is a house just beside and they smoked weed whole night and was a bit noisy. so as soon as you open a door - smokes comes inside.when we parked in the garage - they just stared at us entire turn

I stayed at Estilo with family (2+2) for two nights and their spacious Penthouse Suite with a mini-kitchen proved to be a perfect choice for us. Estilo is located close from the Aalen downtown and the train station. Their breakfast is quite good. The frontdesk is quite helpful to guide a newcomer in the area.

The sliding door of the bathroom was broken, which compromised the comfort of the penthouse suite. It'll help to have all the facilities in order.

staff & good wine at reception

usb points not working

the shutters in windows and the fact you can still have a window open in your room.

some of the USB charging points do not work. room could do with a standing lamp as it gets dark and then it’s difficult to work on your laptop. would be nice to have a natural yogurt option for breakfast.

Location was good, staff were friendly.

Room needed a good dusting

Amazing place close to the city center

Staff were very friendly, we had much laughter.

Perfect location near town and beds

Could be a bit cleaner.

Very cousy, nice to have a kitchen, nice breakfast
