Room space big and have parking lot

The trash didn’t clean every day

Really nice bed and two duvets. Not like in France where it is double duvet. ITs a very good stop when you go north to south or south to north in Germany especially with kids so you do not drive too much.

The city is a little boring and breakfast expensive.

The breakfast was great. The location is close to the city center and University campus (20 min walking distance). The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was under reconstruction, therefore I put fewer points for cleanness and comfort. The parking place could be either cheaper or for free.

The location is nice, not far from the main station and Old Town.

As many others said, the hotel is in the middle of renovation. I'm kind of surprised they decided to remain open while the renovation is ongoing.

The hotel was partly under construction and renovation, during daytime it was noisy.

There is no email, no message or any information says the hotel is under construction. The customers live in a construction site with full price. Room renovation is completed, but smells chemical volatiles and yes you will breath those air into your body for whole night.The worst hotel experience never, ever.

Staff very helpful with an issue outside of their remit

The ongoing refurbishment which, I am sure will not take too long, was a bit of a disappointment to be not know about beforehand ... A short term issue for an otherwise excellent hotel

Great bed!

Breakfast room is "motel like". The hotel itself does not invite you to linger.

The hotel room was perfectly clean, with all the facilities working at the highest level, and really quiet. Whether you come for business or pleasure, it's the perfect place to stay one or two nights and have a nice and undisturbed sleep.

If I have to pick something that seemed a bit strange was the fact that I didn't meet too much staff at the reception during my stay (even when I checked in, I had to wait some time for someone to come there), so the atmosphere seemed a bit cold. But the actual receptionists that I interacted with towards the end of my second day there were actually quite nice and helpful. It's just that they were not around too much, that's all.

Everything about the hotel is okay.

The receptionist is always missing. The hotel management needs to put at least a staff at the reception every time.
