Best Western Hotel Cristallo

The staff was fabulous. Warm and welcoming. The main restaurant had great food -- we dined there twice. The breakfast was fine, but there could have been more choices for fresh bread, and a bit more variety. After three days it was a bit too predictable. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of town. But very close to the train station.

Very clean and modern room. The staff were very helpful, a special thanks to Lisa at the in house restaurant she provided customer service above expectations. We would stay there again if in Rovigo.

Breakfast was lovely and everything I needed. Coffee is always exeptional.

My only complaint is the shower over the bath in one of the suites, the water spills everywhere.

Had a problem with a circuit breaker where the lights started going dark after about a minute after entering the room. Went downstairs, explained the situation and the girl at the desk came up to my room and immediately fixed it. Not sure what I did wrong but the staff response was immediate and effective.

Everything was perfect. Spaceful room. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect. It's pretty close to the train station. Loved the place.

Very friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant and at breakfast. A beautifully stylishly furnished room with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Excellent food in the hotel restaurant with really friendly service. Breakfast is available at an affordable surcharge and offers a wide selection of delicious dishes and drinks. I recommend it. Excellent coffee, as is usual in Italy.

Very noisy air conditioner which made it impossible for me to sleep, even earplugs didn't help. The touch screen controls are extremely complicated - it seemed impossible to turn off the air conditioner. Every time I managed to turn it off, it automatically turned on after a certain amount of time and made a noise. Is it really that hard to have a simple button to turn off the device?The hotel is actually great, but unfortunately, when the guest leaves the hotel after a night of very bad sleep, he cannot have a good impression. The whole thing completely ruined the next day for me due to lack of sleep.

The hotel is in a very good location and the room was quiet. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very nice. We were able to park for free in front of the hotel. The city center is very close. The breakfast is of very good quality and the price is very reasonable. The lady serving breakfast was very nice. I can only recommend their hotel.

Hotel is located just the walking distance to the city cnetre. Don't get distracted by the outside look of the hotel, because it is a bit outdated, but the interior is very clean and modern. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Although the rooms faced the street, the noise was not heard.The staff was very helpful with the information we needed.The breakfast is very good, and not expensive (9 €).

I had an unexpected stay in Rovigo and only for the excellence of this hotel and staff I would have been in a bad way. Hotel is immaculate!! Very modern, clean, great facilities and location. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! So helpful and friendly. Also, the food in the restaurant was DELICIOUS!

Not a single thing to dislike.

The breakfast and location were good.

In the summer, the building site was less than perfect. But now it is fine and restaurant was also good. More reserved parking for guests may be one idea.
