- My colleagues and I were placed on the same floor, which we had to ourselves. This was nice and private. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were adequate. Buffet breakfast had a variety of cold buffet food which was adequate considering the price paid.

- Nice, clean student residency The breakfast was good and with a variety of option
Cons -
- This isn't a typical hotel, as it's connected to a university, with student's residence next door. The building itself is not super clean and neat (in the passages, etc), and bedding and towelling etc. was on the older side, although the rooms were clean and comfortable enough.

- I was surprised to see that this is a student residency, clean and modern building but the rooms are not what a hotel room should be (not safe, socket near the bed etc)The breakfast was good and with a variety of option, but the restaurant is closed over the weekend, which leave you with two option a Chinese and an Italian restaurant 1 km away.To reach downtown you have to take the tram 1 km until the station and 30 min by tram. The main problem that ruined our stay was the fact that the AC was broken during the time of extreme heat alert, and the reception didn’t think to mention it or apologize when we check in.When I complained about it, the night clerk advised to open the window and door to make some air circulation but lot of enormous bumble invaded the room. As a bonus, being the end of scholar year all night happy students celebrated the success singing and laughing I didn’t see any empathy understanding, not saying the idea of offering a discount for this very uncomfortable situation. From recent memories and we travel every year in at least 4-5 countries was the most unpleasant experience.

Comfortable room with all I needed for my short business trip. Close to public transport (tram stop). Breakfest was ok. From warm dishes there were only boiled eggs. Nice restaurant for dinner in the hotel.
Varied and rich breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Location is good, close to the Pleschingersee, also easy access to the city center via Tram. The Gym was a bonus!
The rooms are small, the hotel serves also as a student campus.

Nice, clean room with a good view. For what we paid this was a very nice stay.
Friendly personal, perfect cleanness, comfortable room and good style.

Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed the gym space. Safe to walk around to train, stores, and JKU.
Room was a little stuffy and I could not figure out the heating/cooling Front desk offered to help. Hallways a bit dark.
Very clean rooms. Fairly spacious. Easy to talk to staff. A pretty decent breakfest buffet. Good Wi-Fi. Overall a satisfying experience that was worth the money.
The room felt slightly unwelcoming and harsh. Some of the breakfest buffet options were just a bit stale. The breakfest time window could stand to be longer.

Was close to the location we needed to be on Sunday morning.
The staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. The room we got was not the booked category and also toiletries were completely missing. The breakfast was a joke and not very fresh or with many choices.
The place was fresh after a good repair so everything was new. there is a big dormitory part of which is given for hotel accommodation. This building is in the center of nothing, but next to the University and neighboring with tram station, several shops and some good food places.
Friendly Staff, good breakfast, comfy bed, clean, parking, WiFiEnjoyed a very tasty meal at Anita’s Restaurant for a very very reasonable price. Worth it.
all ok
Breakfast did not have a very wide selection but I appreciated the amount of fresh fruits that were offered. The checkout process was also very simple.
The bathroom was not super big but it was still clean enough.
The room and bathroom were quite good. A bit older but in a good condition and clean.
The facility is quite far from the city center. There is a tram connection. First, its stops are rather far away from the hotel. Secondly, the transport takes about 1/2 hour.
The accomodation itself was fine - it looks like a combination of students' dormitory and a hotel. Therefore, I had appropriate expectations regarding the room facilities and overall feel. However, the room was clean and relatively spacious (for one person) and the price was pleasing. For me the most important feature was a short distance to JKU, which is only several hundred meters from the hotel. Recommended for those looking for reasonably priced and functional accomodation close to the university.
The breakfast was on point.
Everything about the hotel is nice. Not far from the city. Staffs are nice and the room is very clean.
The view from my room and the cleanliness. In addition the silent atmosphere. Also the free wifi feature and the Air conditioner.
The elevator was really smelly. One of the receptionists shouted at me (in front of other people) because he thought that I wasn’t staying at the property. And he didn’t shut up until i showed him my card. I was so embarrassed!
