Nice location on the water. Near downtown.

The wifi is terrible- hard to log on. Keep getting kicked off. bad connection the few times that it worked. The staff said that they are aware of the problem (though they didn't apologize for it).

My boss was dissatisfied with the overall experience.

While my boss was completing the online check-in, which I had already done the day before, there were four staff members sitting at the reception, yet no one assisted him. Regarding breakfast, the tables were not properly prepared; even basic cutlery was missing for guests. In addition, the room was not clean upon arrival. As for the online check-in, I completed it on Monday, January 26, 2026. Afterward, I sent three emails to confirm that everything was in order, but I did not receive any response.

The overall condition of the hotel did not meet four-star standards. The hallway windows appeared to be unwashed, and the elevator doors looked very outdated. The walls throughout the property were poorly maintained.The room (Room 309 on the third floor) was below expectations, resembling a two- or three-star standard rather than four stars. The windows were very dirty on the outside, and the interior walls were also unclean. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the temperature was uncomfortably cold.

The hotel is nice, the breakfast is wonderful. The staff is polite. The room was decently sized with a nice walk-in shower. The view from the room was breath taking.

The parking that needs to be paid for 19eur/night.

Nice stay near the river, close to transit lines. Quiet and comfortable

There is a little wear and tear overall on the hotel building, but very minor. I would gladly stay here again.

Facilities: bathroom is not standard anymore - water pressure too low, heat regulation catastrophic (gets very very hot all the time suddenly, then cold again), shower head is mounted way too low. Showering is very uncomfortable! Windows, very cold in fall/winter - bad insulation - you can feel the coldStaff at the bar is sometimes more busy chatting with each other then serving a customer.

Great location for cycling. Secure bike storage. Wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options.

Menu could do with adding more meals that contain different vegetables and we had two meals there. On our way back we had fried chicken in bread crumbs it was very dry side dish of cold potatoes sliced in I believe some kind of sauce with lambs lettuce not a hearty meal after a long journey. Needs more varied Menu.

Our room desperately needed updating, old worn carpets, lamp without lamp shade, fridge hanging on wall next to tv was at best, very strange! All looked worn, old and dirty! Would never stay at that hotel again!

The breakfast was amazing… The food was delicious with lots of variety and fresh! It had everything we needed and more.

AC was running all night and at the same time the radiators were warm, that I did not like because the AC was blowing cold air all night.
