Location and parking for car

Not clean , rooms are noisy - you hear corridor and neighbours. No kettle, nothing to drink. Destroyed bathroom doors.

Good breakfast, helping staff, good parking

The room was cold, but we were given an electric heater that warmed it up a bit. Although we informed them that we were three people—two adults and one child—the sofa bed did not have a duvet or a pillow. The shower was clogged, and some items were outdated or broken. Considering what we received, the price was quite high.

Ibis was very clean, in an ideal location for stays, the staff were on point and very helpful, the breakfast was nice and the staff was exactly what we needed

Nice staff for the most part except for the lady that scolded me for trying to get water and tea from the drink area that would be complimentary at most places. Besides that it met expectations and was a bargain during their most crowded weekend of the year. Super close and easy access to/from downtown by tram even after late night and there's a grocery store right next door which is very convenient too. Room felt modern and spacious.

It's ridiculous they block off the tea and water station 'for conferences only.' The amount you pay they can provide a little water or tea complimentary as this area was clearly designed for guests. The shower was clogged and didnt drain and I always find that nasty. And also one of those places where the maids make a racket waling people up early, but I used earplugs and the do not disturb sign after the first night so wasnt bad after. traffic noise could disturb some light sleeps.

The hotel is clean and in a good location for the airport and the city.

The restaurant is closed on weekends and there is nowhere nearby for food.

Close to the railway and tram stations, clean, quiet, modern. Pool and gym present.

WLan and TV not working very well, only one garbage bin, no wardrobe/armoire. Not too fond of the gray stucco decor. Key card didn’t work, always used the app.

We stayed for one night. For one day its ok. It was clean

They only had one towel for each person. A big one for the body. Nothing for hair or face ,hands...

Parking, breakfast, easy reach, good lacation. Staff lovely! Everyone helpful! Kids got a good bye kind of healthy snack box - they loved it!

The sauna was not open, the pool was great. (Ok, weather was not great either.. on the day we stayed..) Slighly too expensive as it was not as clean as it could have been. But it was fine for 1 night.

The location is great!, BILA mart is next to it n the tram station is just a walking distance.

There's no air con as we were told the technician only came after a few days! What we got was an apology not changing room.

There was one duvet on the king size bed that only just covered the bed, meaning when we pulled it up to our shoulders our feet stuck out of the end. Usually in Austria you get 2 duvets on a king size bed. The shower was fitted a bit too close to the shower wall.

The room was booked for 3 people (2 adults & 1 child) - double bed and sofa bed mentioned in the room. But only one bed was made, no sheets on sofa bed. There were towels only for 2 people.Bathroom door did not close (broken loose handle).

Spacious and clean rooms, very friendly stuff, all in all I recommend it and will use it again if needed

Good location, next to the motorway.

the first room we got reeked of cigarette smoke. we requested another room - it had worse furniture but at least didn't smell bad. we regularly stay here and the sauna never worked - they always say 'unfortunately THIS WEEK it doesn't work, but next week it definitely will'. also, for breakfast, juices were watered down to the point where they tasted like (coloured) water. we are staying somewhere else next time.

Pretty chill place, with access to a restaurant and a bar inside the hotel, among other things. Over all it's a decent place to stay

For a price like this, it's fairly expensive, I was expecting at least to have a kettle with tea or coffee, but they don't have this

The hotel is situated near the centre and is easily accessible by tram. The staff were very nice and helpful. We loved the breakfast very much, they have a great selection of breakfast meals. The pool was also nice, the water a bit cold, but refreshing in the heat.

The air conditioning is central, and we were a bit cold in the room. The bed had only one blanket for two persons but at the reception we could get a sesond one. Not everything is like in the pictures, the building could do with a bit of renovating here and there but nothing serious.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind!The location was good,the room was clean and the breakfast was perfect!

The pool is the most attractive if you have children.

The reception staff should be more aware of what customer service is. When you arrive there you feel as if you are in them way... as if you are bothering them... it is obvious that they do this work not because they want to but because they have to.On these hot days, itexpects that when the hotel offers ventilation it works, but in our case it never worked...and the night was very suffocating, luckily it was only one night.
