The food was great and the rooms were roomy and clean

It was hard to get to the hotel. It was a little far from the main road and there was not much around it

The only hotel in Cavarzere. Best to have own car /transport if you intend to stay here. Difficult to get a taxi, no Uber. Friendly receptionist Steffi, fast check in. Hotel is simple and sufficient for 1 night stay. We were here for factory visit and it was a very short stay. There is a small bar beside hotel and a very good Italian restaurant called Villa Momi's which is about 15min walk. Steffi was very kind to arrange with restaurant to send us back to hotel after dinner.

Breakfast started at 8am but most croissants were finished by 8.15am. No replenishment. Breakfast room was quite noisy with loud noises of clearing and cleaning of cups/etc at drinks counter. It's better to sit outside near reception if you wish to enjoy breakfast peacefully.

Location is nice, rooms are very comfortable and a nice breakfast. Staff is very pleasant. The strategic location with a good balance of the cost makes for me a nice choice when travelling around Venice.

Very nice hotel with the secure parking lot. Stuff is very kind. The room was comfortable, clean.Breakfast was excellent.I'll recommend this hotel and I will stay there for sure again.

Hotel staff very nice. A short distance from the places we wanted to visit. Within easy reach of the beach. The breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Free parking space.

We stayed here for one night en route to somewhere else. It was a good hotel for an overnight stay with plenty of free car parking. Be aware it’s a 30 min walk into town.

Didn’t appreciate it was a little out of town which was only an issue because the hotel restaurant was closed for a function. Again we were not aware of this at time of booking.

Pillows too thin, and a weird placement of the shower in the bathroom too close to the toilet.

Good choice. We needed a hotel for one night. The staff was nice, the room clean and comfortable. Parking spot next to the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The room was very good and the hotel was located in a peaceful location with excellent access to the highway.

The options for breakfast were very less. This is something the hotel could consider improving.

Great location, clean and big room, friendly staff. Weren't expecting much from it, but it turned out to be an exceptional place to stay. Great price for what you get!

Nice, modern building and very spacious room. Very kind staff everywhere. Good smell of a tree right besides our window. Good that towels’ heater in the bathroom was heating! A very good place to stop for short.

The most embarrassing was that water in the shower was going all around the bathroom-did not run well into sewage even after a short usage. And we found a used towel with red lipstick in the bathroom. Quite poor breakfast- three pies, cookies, muffins, many croissants, but no cutted fruits or vegetables, no rosters. A room in front of the street might be too noisy in the evenings.

everything was excellent! starting from location and comfortable enormously big bed to breakfast and delicious espresso!

Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking spaces, very good breakfast, quiet area, reasonable price.

Very small bathroom (be careful not to bang your head into the wash basin while sitting on the toilet), WiFi not working. Remote location with not much to see in the area, you definitely need a car

Workers there was really polite and helpful. When they do not understand you, its not a problem, they will help you with hands. Rooms was clean, the view not so good, but not really interested in that :D
