Best Western Plus Soave Hotel

the hotel itself is quite good. The rooms are nice, there is a pool, and the breakfast is one of the best I've experienced.

I didn't appreciate being unexpectedly charged for swimming caps required for pool use; no one informed me about this beforehand. The location isn't ideal either—it's isolated with limited foot traffic to the nearby train station.

It is a nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast was very good. The shower was great.

The air conditioner could have been colder.

Everything, room was clean, they change towels and clean every day. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is excellent and everyone will find something to eat. Swimming pool is clean and they clean it every morning.

Amazing stay. The staff was very nice, the room was spacious and the bathroom was big and had a Jacuzzi. The pool was great and had a little bar with very pleasant staff. The breakfast is definitely worth to buy; it included crepes make to order, different types of croissants, self-serve fresh gelato, fresh honey from the comb, and much more.

We have nothing negative to say.

Great pool, like the entire hotel, it was spotlessly clean. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The gym was fabulous too. Nice touch was the wee honestly bar at the pool table. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. There was something for everyone. What a selection! You couldn't have asked for more. It is handy for the station with regular trains to Verona and also for the motorways. Handy for a short drive to Soave .

The location. I didn't research it enough to be fair and went with information in one review that said it was 5 minutes walk from a lovely village. But i didn't find that. It really did look very industrial all round with restaurants and bars dotted around.

Proximity to rail station

The surrounding area feels very unsafe. Not a problem if someone arrives by car.

Nice, spacious rooms, huge bed, clean and fresh towels every day, close to train station and highway.

There is no restaurant close (for breakfast if you decide not to pay supplement for breakfast), neither supermarket close by.

The staff were very welcoming and were happy to ensure that my gluten-free needs were properly handled. The swimming pool was fabulous after a day's driving.

Rooms are big, nice furnished, New.Staff is polite and helpful. Nice restaurant!

Windows in the room can not open completely,so You can not let fresh air in the room ,so it is quite stuffy in the room.Pool is quite dirty...we came in the morning it was full of bugs and leaves.As well You need swimming cap to use pool!!!!It is not really refreshing to swimm on hot day with swimming cap.As well there is no air conditioner on reception and in the halls.

I liked everything, amazing rooms and bathroom, breakfast was excellent. I was surprised by the nicely decorated lobby with a unique bar design and billiard table. The pool and surrounding area is really nice, the train track proximity didn't bother at all.

The pool area could use more staff to clean the tables, they were full and dirty.
