Arté Boutique Hotel

This is a lovely hotel! it is convenient to all the best sights in Tirana. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We enjoyed having dinner and wine in the front courtyard restaurant/bar.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and clean rooms and good amenities. Breakfast was lovely. The outdoor space is great for a drink or to sit outside. The staff was friendly and helpful - called us a taxi at 7am. If we ever find ourselves again in Tirana, we will be staying here!

Wonderful location and great room.

While the breakfast was very nice the service was a little slow eg hard to catch their eye to request another coffee.

The location of the facility was good all needed things was around

1- poor communication and manners 2- hygiene and cleanses 3- breakfast was limited options and one meal allowed ( which is not mentioned) water given only on first day - towel are not changed. Daily bathroom are not cleaned every day.4- cutting was falling and the door of the balcony was collapsing

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The whole place feels very luxurious and the room was very comfortable. Most amazing beds! Great location within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants.

The front desk staff was very helpful and very quick to respond to our many questions. They helped us organise some things and we are very grateful for that! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but it was the staff who made all the difference! Great breakfast too.

Elegant hotel in a great neighborhood! The breakfast was delicious, especially the pancakes.

Very trendy neighborhood. Lots of other restaurants and Gelato shops nearby.The hotel breakfast and also lunch and dinners were excellent.Room was very well appointed and large stall shower in bathroom

The place is beautiful, all green around. The hotel is right near to city center. Rooms design is very pretty and all comfortable. Note: balcony is tiny, so don't take it for the balcony

Service needs improvement: no attention to details from the staff. Not friendlyNo coffee capsules in the room, personnel is slow and not friendly. We shared a note that we're coming for our honeymoon, didn't get a single word on this/greeting/congratulation. Overall the hotel is so beautiful, if the service can be improved it will be a great location.

no one to help you with the baggage. difficult to park in front of hotel. they send you to a parking and from there you have to walk 10 min with the baggage to reach hotel !

Bed a little firm.

The staff at the restaurant bar was all great, also the location it was perfect.

Unfortunately it was very dirty, nobody ever asked for our feedback. Definitely very low standards for a 5* hotel.

The orange juice was good at breakfast. And the hot chocolate was delicious in the bar. The room size was big and location was good.

This hotel offered very poor value for money. I was going to cancel it when I had done some further research but forgot so we had to stay there. But as I suspected the hotel was completely over priced and we were disappointed. It looks good in photos and the building is lovely. It's furnished very cheaply. Curtains don't hang properly so room not dark, furniture is shabby chipped and stained. In the room there are no dressing gowns as per description. No condition. Limited toiletries. We had to ask for toilet roll. The rooms were NOT soundproof as per description. Room 201 was at the start of the corridor so you heard everyone walking past and the noise on the stairs echoed. We also had the extractor from the kitchen going through our room all day and evening. Garden views are cars and scrap/rubbish that's been dumped. Dead flowers on the breakfast table with stains on the table clothes. No parking so we were charged 30 euros per night on top. We were charged for water after the first day. Tirana offers great value for money but Arte does not. We also stayed at the Crown which was significantly cheaper and significantly better due to getting the little things right. Arte could be a great hotel but it's not right now. I never bother writing reviews thus demonstrating my annoyance with this hotel charging 5* but delivering a poor 3*.

The building and position in Tirana are superb.

Noise when trying to sleep, room 101 is at the head of the main staircase and noise carries upwards

The Breakfast offered during our stay was ‘a La Carte’ and had limited choices.The Receptionists Era and Megi when on duty were exceptional in ensuring that all our enquiries and requests for services were met.

There was a 20th. Birthday Celebration during the night after we checked in with loud which was disturbing as our Junior Suite was on the first floor.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful, really clean and lovely decor. The location is perfect, right near all the great restaurants and bars.

There was a private party the night we stayed that went on very loudly well past 2am so we got little sleep (the event space is right under all the rooms). We mentioned at check out when asked how our stay was and were surprised by how dismissive the staff were, 'yes sometimes we have parties, it was a big one last night'. So we sleepily paid up and left! A shame as otherwise the hotel and location is great but wouldn't risk another night.

Great location with lots of amenities close by. Lovely, large room with nice decor.
