Oda Hotel Tirana

My stay was excellent. The facilities were well-kept, the staff was courteous, and the overall service met high standards.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to check-out. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location was ok, though not quite close to the downtown. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very unsupportive, they've insisted on additional costs and charged 15 EUR for each double room (30 EUR in total) booking claiming that we should have mentioned the names of the guests during booking process. Though it sounds very unreasonable given that I've made a booking of 2 double rooms - that evidently means that there will be 4 guests staying and 1 person can't consume 2 double rooms.

Good location very expensive breakfast was good we had issues with water in the morning. Not worth for the money we paid. No cancellation policy Only plus point is location

Overall hotel Oda is my most frequently visited hotel in Tirana, but...

...but, it started to lack and show it's age very badly. First and foremost the Bathrooms, bathrooms are showing their age desperately, so they desperately need a renovation as soon as possible! Second l, thr Mattresses, they started to show their age as well, they are not Comfortable any more and need a change as soon as possible again.

Property is in a great location, staff were so helpful and just a great place to stay, breakfast was great

It states that there is Parking, this was a little issue as we had to find spaces on back roads. But the positives outweigh the negatives by far.

The hotel has a great location, very close to popular tourist attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with parking.Our room was comfortable, and we even got a free upgrade to one with a balcony.Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can choose from three options, and your selected plate is nicely prepared and served.Overall, a great value for the price.

The rooms were very small and the hotel was far from tourist areas. I had to pay 5 euros extra per night for parking.

This is a very small hotel with small rooms. Don't have any expectations. The guys at the reception were nice.The airport shuttle is 25eur and the guy that picked us up was very nice.

We had a cockroach in our bathroom. I went to the reception to let the guy know and he immediately came to my room and removed it. He apologized a million times and said he will let housekeeping know not to open the room window anymore, as per my request. I really appreciate his assistance, however housekeeping did not follow those instructions and they still opened the window after cleaning the room. My friend's room was not cleaned in the first day even though they specifically put up the sign for the room to be cleaned. When they came back they found that sign turned around. The windows are not isolated and you can hear everything from outside, even with the window closed. There is no restaurant. The eating area is in the lobby, separated by some decorations. For the breakfast there are 3 options and you cannot combine them or order more than one, which is super inconvenient. The food is NOT fresh. It's acceptable, but not fresh. The lady receptionist doesn't like her job and she shouldn't be working there. She worked only morning shifts during my stay and she was constantly leaving the reception unattended for long time. She was also constantly on her phone with volume up, so while we were having breakfast we had to listen to her reels. On one of the days I needed her help to call for a taxi and I waited for her for 15 min at the reception. A guy that was there for a job interview helped with calling a taxi for me and the lady still wasn't back by the time the taxi arrived. That must have been in total a time frame of half an hour. She has a bad attitude as well. Her actions defeats the purpose of having a receptionist.

This hotel was our last resort because all other options were unavailable. The staff was perfect.

The room (apartment) was in poor condition, but with the city view. We had to refuse to finish breakfast and I'd not recommend spending money on it. The parking was full.

Good location. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.

Could not take stairs from my room to the lobby. They tried to double bill for 2 items I took from the mini bar.

The second member of staff in the morning was rude, the breakfast was terrible and pathetic. The room was very very basic and needed some renovation. The pillow had holes in the cover. The bed was very squeeky. Every hotel I go to you have complimentary bottled water and this hotel they charged you 1 euro. The towels where tiny not big enough for body towels.

The breakfast through my point of view was served late, we are traveling for business so at 07:30 we leave the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were ok, great value for money. Location little farther from city center than I expected, but taxis are everywhere and for a good price. Breakfast included in price were very nice!

The room with four beds was not matching the pictures, instead of 1double + 1single + 1 sofa bed we got initially just double and sofa, after intervention we received a folding bed which wasn’t very comfortable. However we resolved it by booking an extra room.

Pretty much very good.We missed our flights and they helped my auntie to check in. Her cards didn’t work so they let us pay when the rest of the group arrived and overall it was an excellent experience.Cleanliness was very good and the place felt comfortable and well located.

There was just a blonde lady on the reception that was a bit rude.One of us got sick and had to stay in the reception after the reservation and the vibe was a bit odd and weird. Didn’t make my cousin feel comfortable while being very very ill.But in general everyone and everything was excellent. Specially the taxi driver.
